It took me many years to accept this, i spent time trying to validate an insecure self, compromising to fit in with other peoples rules about identity and self. Until i realised, we are who we are, each one special and unique, distinct, creative, visionary, enthusiast passionate about our own quirks. People will always try to mould you, they will try and fix you, poor broken sparrow with their aged wings. Yet through the chaos and suspense eventually we ascend towards a heightening development. People change, they grow, they make choices that mean much to them. Sometimes you have to be lawyer and defend your former self if you believe your actions were to positively assist and facilitate others, you are still learning, you are still growing eyes to see a clearer picture.

You have something special to accomplish and you have time to do it, it is not about who turns you down, who rejects you, whose door you knock at that wont provide you access. They shine and create movement in society, impact and awareness, growth and focus. If it is your passion to change an aspect of your life, list the changes and write the impacts you are looking for. Do the research who can assist you make thsese changes in your life, is it your business centre, your youth centre, community centre, school , university, College? Government assist? It takes persistence, hunger, bold ideas and drive to really steer you forward. You must be in the pit of it. You will be blocked at each and every angle, then doors will open for your floor show to begin. The theatrics of going after a dream leave little time for self pity. Who told you it would be easy. Did anyone?and why? We're you watching too many movies, reading too many fairytales. It is with passion and anger that you shout I must prevail, it is with a stiff upper lip that you square your shoulders, tilt your chin up at the jesters of the world for your consistency will continue to be a mighty joke to some. In the war for your dreams do not loose sight of what's important, a fight for the self. Our identities are consistently lost in translation we strive to be better versions forgetting that the version you are today was rebirth from the promise of yesterday. Yesterday's whispers yesterday's gold, fuel yourself with passion hand promise as each day you fight to meet your potential. The conclusion of a dream is hard work, it is a tiresome task, you must upgrade yourself consistently and develop your vision clear as though it were ink on paper. Produce a strategy, produce a plan, challenge yourself to meet goals quicker so soon enough you are on to the next challenge. Practice, practice , practice, laziness is no friend of mine, it shall never be a friend of yours.

So they won't compromise with you, those voices that don't want you to be triumphant. Those visitors in your head that refuse to let you succeed, refuse to let you take spritely steps into your journey. You are riddled with insecurity, and downcast with fallen ideals, rise up once more. Life is not about perfect people, we are all being shaped and moulded, evolving, painting the canvas of life, bright streaks and vibrant colouring to epitomize our selves and our challenges. Mistakes are real things, yet those who are willing to take responsibility and learn and grow from their mistakes will find themselves, polished gems, or nuggets of resources. You must believe in your potential, dreams can carry you so far, it takes action, it takes needing to see the final outcome, the finished product, and as stage performer you bow, this is my accomplishment, look how it shines with such bright lights of sweat, and is scuffed because I moved it avidly.

It is the hunger that kept you going, now you've quenched it it is the thirst that slides in. Movement requires action, action guarantees growth, growth is sustenance for life. We move in cycles. Each ink bird eager to flock to the charms of a new page, we are unafraid when we make our decisions, and the storm creeps in. A tempest so loud it can shut the whole world down with its typhoon emotions , a rage in its belly, fear is louder than many a dream. It is seductive like a slit dress and some rakish stilettos, it is the fragrance you smell upon the air when you are in the thick of things. Fight fear with empowerment, the stakes are high, the stakes are your dreams, if you do not fight you will remain in the same spot. Disconnected yet connected to it all. You will be a branch by the wayside of a tree whose nutrients are now foreign. You must be in it, the pain, the fear, the disappointment, the glory. Fate owes you nothing, life owes you nothing. The world is full of fallen entitled people, and they sit on their stoop bitter and mad at the world.

The origins of your success

Stellar success, we all want it. Yet how many of us throw in the towel when things get difficult, become complicated, and we find it hard to see it through to the end. I've been there, many of us who don't have disabilities have stories to tell, here's the thing. Success doesn't compromise. It doesn't listen readily to your stories unless you use them to them to wield it with such superhuman force. Everybody likes the idea of being extraordinary, of wealth that creates access. Yet what are we really striving for? We are striving for a sense of fulfillment, validation , but most importantly growth. Life will throw you knocks , in the chaos of one's mind we find ourselves struggling for structure and consistency, yet whatever the goal when you make a commitment to getting it done. You achieve it in bitesized steps. We are going through stages. The world won't always agree with you that you are great, but you must know it.

The power of purpose

purpose, is the promise you offered yesterday to yourself, why not let it be the gift you receive today. There is no negotiation, this is your life,this is your time to change, your time to exit the strongholds of negativity. It is easy to lose your purpose, to lose your sight, to lose your vision. But purpose will level you out, it will add structure to your day. Give you hope when chaos rains, and triumph is desolate. Keep your eyes on your goals ahead, on your daily tasks on your activities. They are yours for completion. You are in the throws of your tempest, things will come at you in the storm. Yet you must not let your vision blur, whether you battle a disability like epilepsy, or your future remains undisclosed. We are all on a messy path. The world is full of talented people desperate to find their purpose, you know what yours is, believe in it.

Edging out of embarassment

Embarrassing yourself, aren't we all terrified of this. Making fools of ourselves, having others judge us, ridicule us or laugh at our misfortune. I've failed at many a thing many a time, and whether others have laughed or others have criticised, I have grown and exhibited beyond all their standards. It must be something you tell yourself, your mental breakfast, your lunch and your dinner. Your allowed to fail. Your allowed to make mistakes that won't hurt people, no one has the right to crucify your dreams, because in that minute they have no idea what you are preparing to become. You are the glory you seek, you are not laughable and your vision is not derelict, it takes planning , it takes structure, it takes discipline in order to reap results. It is important that you remember why you started what your doing, it is important you think of the lives of those you plan to impact positively, before you speak your giant alive. You are a living, breathing wonder, and in order to remain a mystique development has to take place. Embarrassing yourself is not your biggest fear, it is the fear of rejection. No one can fully reject your concept, if you believe in its potential and are willing to go through shell and high water to make it happen.

yesterday something aroused my curiosities  I thought how many epileptic millionaires are known to the public? How many disabled leaders are seen taking selfless, pushing their chests out, or parroting to the papers. Because their goal is not to get attention for their condition, it is to lead a life of example. Use their experiences to guide others, let their embers be the light. Everyday is a triumph, a success story waiting to unfold. When pain creeps stupidly through the dark, it's clipped heels strapping at their antique flooring, they turn the other cheek showing both discipline focus and commitment.They do not let their pain define them. They push through with such vigour and such vision, this is the armour of a leader. When the world throws stones at their conditions, or the forecast is dreary, they keep their head up and allow the shield of an emotional umbrella to protect them from the rain. They remember what once upon a time I forgot, you are your vision, your passion, your pain, your story, your discipline, your victories your loss, your strengths your weakness , you are an archive of things the world is yet to understand. With each bold step you are shaping history. We often use our experiences to define us, some of us are nailed to the past, others of us are frozen in the present to scared to take action for the future. Yet the future is shaped with each action, routine, commitment, and goal met. You may have a disability or know someone who does, whoever you are you are on a journey. You must learn from the travelers abroad.

Distractions deceased

Don't let jealous people distract or throw you off your journey, you are ascending without their permission, insecure people love to be in control. It is easy to let small minded people and their hate, take over your line of vision, yet use their negativity as motivation. Confidence during any battle . Your biggest battle is with yourself, the illusion that you may fail before their eyes. The mighty have moments where they crumble, and they return to form. You are a jigsaw, locating all its missing pieces, this takes time . This takes vision, objectives and strategy, you don't have time for the chaos of someone else's disordered mind, you are still folding away your linen. It is easy to become distracted, it is easy to listen to the poison of others, every plant experiences shadow and every plant experiences light. You are healing, growing and returning to form.strengthen yourself with wisdom, challenge your insecurities with self belief. Fear is what the enemy feeds on, lunch is closed.

The devil and your daytime thoughts enterprise.and epilepsy

It began with a whisper of things you could accomplish then the shadow of doubt crept in, launching you into an oblivion of untidy thoughts, how do I change the world this world, my world, how do I let the light back in. It is easy to give up especially when your battling epilepsy. I suffered from epilepsy for many years but learnt to channel it as an energy, fuel emotions, refuse to let the world pass me by. You have the thing beyond the epilepsy box, epilepsy is about fear and being controlled, everything is about tiptoeing. Yet this is your life, this is your legacy. When you look in the mirror do you want to see an illness, when you go to bed, do you want your bedtime tales to be of avoidance and running consistently. I've spent much of my life running, sprinting, chasing ghosts, and things that go bump in the night. In school with epilepsy I dealt with feeling vulnerable, afraid, overcompensating, outside of the playground old habits die hard. Yet I want you to know what faceless statistics won't tell you, you are dealing with something and the world has its issues. Epilepsy and enterprise ? Go for it. Live your life, and stop letting the world dictate to you how to live it. We're here but no one is here forever, we are on a journey of growth and learning. You are on this journey with me , enterprise adventurer, share it with the world, we are redefining our steps and living a life of promise. Share this with someone you love, or someone you know.

The beginning of your boldness

Where do we go to begin, do we turn to our business mentors, advisors or does change really come from within. How much are you dealing with today, how muddled is your mind? Give yourself some tasks and say just for today I'm going to attempt to accomplish this. You are building the faith back up, sealing the believe, idealism is great but everything in life takes work. Everything in life and in business is about character, are you a conqueror or are you a victim? Are you a story teller or will you find a way to get things done. This is your passion, it is your dream, what you speak into it, is what it becomes. Speak faith, take action, start connecting with like-minded people, advertise yourself, promote, and Rembrandt when necessary. The real change you seek comes from within you, you are unlocking your potential, steering forward driving into a vision that others found too complex. You are not complicating things for yourself, your just setting deadlines and meeting each one with action. Goals get the job done, objectives, all the minitasks and checkpoints are what you need.

Copycats. Who doesn't hate a copy cat, they have no sense of brand identity, creative realism, or surrealism, they lack the emotional output and the understanding to fully eliminate the competition. They are as plankton hanging on the edge. Branding is much more than understanding your target audience, it is hearing their needs and wants when you sleep. Deciding to go the extra mile to the places they shop, network , hangout, having discussions with them and identifying them not just as a uniformed mass, but as people with distinct identities and a story behind what they do, and why those products are active participants in their lives. For example Indiana likes a new brand of trainers, although as a young girl she would follow the americanisation of her social culture, and would fit in more with Nike brands. She's chosen something alternative, why does she choose the alternative brand.Lets call it strike, the caption in the ad being, bold assertion for brilliant minds. Indiana is a girl who values her individualism, she likes to hang out with her friends but she also likes time apparent to herself. She's the most aggressive athlete on a girls football team, and she took an interest in the brand because she liked their football trainers. Branding is about listening. Listen long and listen deep. Focus groups, surveys, look at what your audience are searching for on the web, can you offer them a better alternative, and why should they choose you over a brand that their safe with that may have been in their family for generations?

Soaring through the silence

I thought about braving through the hard times and weathering the storm, in life you must believe you can. Believe you can do anything. Be committed to your discipline and network as though your house is in drought , and requires some water.It is uncanny the amount of casualties out there, in business, branding, networking. They have tales of all the trials and tribulations the chaos of the mind is a busy thing.I want you to visualise your success, close your eyes and see yourself accomplishing your goal, celebrating, with precision becoming the greatness you seek. You must believe in your potential and scatter doubt to the dusk by taking things a goal at a time. Some of us loose out because we can't follow a discipline, we have no strategy , yet let 2016 be the year you blind others with the ability to triumph. Sing a different story, fail some more and learn from it. Failures are there to help you develop, their there to help you grow, their there to carry you so you can learn and adjust until you tap into your unlimited potential. There is a higher self, a greater self, an infinite self you want to see discovered before time turns you into a relic. As a warrior you will announce yourself and the world will celebrate your strengths, yet you need to celebrate innovation within yourself. You need to dive into those embers of fear, whether it's about business, family, or the self, and rediscover the wings which will help you soar.

 It doesnt matter what they say, with a strategy, a target and some key objectives you can accomplish your vision. It is a journey of stepping stones, we leap eager to get to the finish line, yet self development and the growth of enterprise is a journey. I just had a meeting with my business advisor Leonore @ Sophia hubs the enterprise desk in Ilford. For the first time i shared it out loud. That cobwebbed whisper of a dream, that vision which kept me tossing and turning , scribbling with agitation in the middle of the night. Ashamed to announce it to the rest of the world. My goal is to make my first million blogging and giving back to the community, with effective business ideas, branding and strategy. It is the monster that lurks beneath my bed, the shadow in the closet, and the conversation i have with myself every morning. How many of us are on a journey? How many of us come from humble beginnings and want to make a dramatic change? Change is inevitable, progress is not. A dream is a delicious thing, it is both maddening and exciting, you wake up in the morning hungry to conquer the day, and you can, one bite at a time. Have a strategy, a routine. How its feeding into assisting and developing the community, domestic life, or business environment.  How they are saving money, it is a dance of negotiation, we provide resource and information, our service will improve your lifestyle, family life, business life. We are speedy, offer more value than our competitors, have a host of events where you can meet with us and ask personal questions. We are an accessible brand, our goal is to engage with you, and create a service. Its about your customers and not just about you. What are their trends? Which shops do they target? What is the best and the quickest way to impact them. It is the voice of your product, its cry to the public, the thematic ad campaigns, the conversations you have with your target demographic. Your audience want to know that you understand their wants and needs, you can actively engage with them, you are a problem solver, you are aware of the gaps in the market and through this stream you can create a link to them and provide what they desire.

Business Branding with a boom

First it slept, then it woke you up. A giant of sorts, this eager vision, this thing hungry to consume your time and brain power. There is a story to branding, my story is, it is one of the most fun things you can create for your platform for your vision for your ideas. A season of campaigns which dont just rock, they sell products of the html page, they have audiences clicking like gnats at your facebook, instagram, twitter, orkut linkedin, and shopify. People want to know, because your audience want to know about you. Bite the bullet and challenge the fear of imperfection. Vision may take a lifetime to build, yet you must plant a seed and annhilate all doubt. For example, Aidan is developing a new brand of trainers which he decides to call Aidans aces. On the digital platform he can create a series of ads on biteable titled your bullet to the bus stop, the athletes new friend, the hottest new trend and the latest trotters on the market. He can interview athletes or young people in his community about what they think about the brand, how it matches up to such major competitors as Nike, promote products related to fitness and activity and provide a resource service. He is stepping outside the bracket with his new idea.

 Tell friends about your brand, tweet about it actively on social media, take pictures of gorgeous people using it, or people developing themselves with the brand. Do street vox pops and host your own channel, tell your story. People are not just buying a product anymore, their buying history and elements of the self. Have testimonials up, contact your local radio station out there. Know who your demographic is and why they will cut corners just to buy your brand. Are you offering a buy one get one free special offer, a half price deal, and a limited special offer. Have you created a hotmix database, a list of key events you will attend related to your brand and topic of choice. Put out press releases, sites can be easily googled on google.com, yet the best customer interaction comes from word of mouth.  Have a hook, what titles are you using to draw audience in to seduce them, it is a dance like the tango, sexy , seductive paced. Pick up your pen and write a list of one to 100 local hotspots, community centres, youth centres, business centres, enterprise centres, meetup groups, market events, festivals, and any other key networking and promotion opportunities in your local area. Use a catchy turn of phrase.Get excited, mind map, on a daily basis, this is key to producing fresh new ideas and campaigns, titilate your audience, stimulate them by tapping into their wants and their needs. Go on the question and answer sites, find out what their discussing, look at google keywords and see what is trending in association to what your topic is. Have a signature, a logo if you want, or a statement that captures your audiences imagination.

If your just starting out produce your own focus groups, prepare to hold your own workshops and key seminars. Work with your local library, gym, fashion store, based solely on what your doing, build a blog if you cant afford a website and begin to expand.

Hope. Its not madness i swear. I have just launched the Lunchtime Scheme to assist young people with drive passion and new ideas. It is my goal as a mentor to provide a service that helps encourage you to ignite that creative spark and fuel that vision, that passion and this perspective you have. You can change your lives, you can impact the lives of others. You have to simply believe in what your doing, believe in your potential, and take bold steps. It is not madness i swear. Ever since the Lunchbox Millionaire project teamed up with Sophia hubs i am highly inspired, and excited about driving more traffic and awareness, about startup businesses and the Lunchbox project and scheme which is about creating financial awareness for young people in enterprise , and facilitating those with a creative passion. My goal is to raise $10,000 dollars or more on the digital platform, and via an interactive service for starups and creative entrepreneurs. I just had an amazingly inspired session with Sophia hubs on Marketing at the Rebdridge enterprise desk, co hosted with Ros Southern. I am revitalized with new information and a passion to assist once again. Business is hunger, its about appetite and action, creativity, diversity and an inclusive network. We grow and develop strengths from the people we affiliate ourselves with and to, striving with even more of a determined edge. The tongue is wet, we are salivating upon that vision of potential. A dream is merely a dream until it is actualized with some stern actions, be consistent, be diligent, model someone brilliant who has done what you love to do, and get people talking, get them involved and be an active listener. As much as you have bills to pay, they are eager to fix an area of their life as well. You are a stream of abundant knowledge, you are confidence, drive , ambition and self development.
