It is not who people say you are,but who you are. Mysterious, ambitious,creative,excited, passionate and ready. Life has prepared you through a series of hard work, rejections and slippery denials. You are your tomorrow you seek. It is in the minutes, hours,days months or years you spend doing what your doing. Activating your intellect, tapping into flow. You are in season and the more you do, the more you'll grow, yet action without a fierce logic and a plan can become a problem for you. What motivates you, is it words of torment planted in your ear like buds, is it a dream towards fulfilment,is it to hear the chorus of validation and cheers from those who  love you? Whatever source is, tap into it, for you are becoming.

 Pockets of time, we loose them sometimes trying to evade whats really there. Escape from Ghosts and Demons of fear that pursue us, whispering more what if's to what we feel is an already fragile structure. What if the world stopped turning just for us, but it doesnt. We could take time to collect ourselves, it would be like an episode of charmed where Piper freezes or time is rewound. Yet in actuality, time doesnt freeze. Time doesnt stop, she waits for no one, so you must busy yourself with your goals and dreams.Now is your time. Everything is a process, but the time to develop your potential is now, to make your contacts is now, to allow your vulnerabilities to leak off your skin like eels slipping out of water, to face your reflection and say....It is time.

Im the one to make the change, im the one to create an impact, im the one to make a difference. My opinion counts. Wake up saying this to yourself. Many times we listen to the put downs of others lost in the web of our own insecurities. Will i ever rise up, will i ever shine, will i ever be something? You must believe you have great potential, and keen sight, to see opportunities that others cant see. You must rise, you must speak those positive affirmations into your day, the belief that can transform the spirit, the hope that you can do anything. With faith you can. It is your journey, it is your life, these are your challenges, prepare for the universe to present an army and to be at war with you. No one said this would be easy. Yet we must continue to develop our skin through all our vulnerabilities because they will come. Life is not just success. There are highs and lows to everything, claim your glory, fight for your future and leave a legacy.

It is easy to condemn yourself for your weaknesses or your flaws, were all just finding our feet. Learning the script as we go along, using our goals to connect to our plans and ideals. It is easy to allow yourself to be pushed down by others, to be held there like loose thread with no direction, yet this is your dream. To accomplish it you must do the work. You must keep steering your ship forward and busy yourself with the actions it takes to make those positive changes in your life. You are the change you seek, the growth you seek, and the love you seek. That passion, that hunger is in your core, you must channel it, you must exorcise those demons of fear. You will have your vulnerable periods, an itch in a fabric, a tear through time, and yet, you will go forward with boldness. Answering the questions you seek deep within.

Sometimes peoples negativity slows you down, yet here's a bit of Usain bolt juice for you. What would happen if you reached your goals and objective in the coming week, month, year, or in half the time you set for it. There is nothing impossible under the sun when we manage our pockets of time, and we manage ourselves we become more effective leaders. Do not deny yourself a steady pace, and yet do not let others drag you down because they have unfulfilled wishes of their own. Life is up for the taking, get hungry, get passionate and do more than your time. Nothing comes easily, there are so many books on how to do things quickly, get rich, be successful, every element you apply requires you use hard work. Those who are scared of hard work miss out on the challenge and the opportunity to broaden horizons and expand themselves.

Yet its what brought us to where we are now, eager to reach beyond the prisons of conformity and slice ourselves appart from a uniformity self. You are, who you are. It took me many years to accept this, i spent time trying to validate an insecure self, compromising to fit in with other peoples rules about identity and self. Until i realised, we are who we are, each one special and unique, distinct, creative, visionary, enthusiast passionate about our own quirks. People will always try to mould you, they will try and fix you, poor broken sparrow with their aged wings. Yet through the chaos and suspense eventually we ascend towards a heightening development. People change, they grow, they make choices that mean much to them. Sometimes you have to be lawyer and defend your former self if you believe your actions were

You have something special to accomplish and you have time to do it, it is not about who turns you down, who rejects you, whose door you knock at that wont provide you access. Its about creating opportunities for yourself, out of your vision. Using key objectives and motivating yourself when you get in a slump. There are days where things will seem dire, where life may turn you inside out, yet think to yourself one day, i will be free of these negative emotions of this toxicity. Let me find a door, that i can open myself, and i can lead others to a pride of place. You are your vision. You are your strength, you are your hope and you are the light in the darkness. Its not their job to fix you, you may want the support, desire the connection, the understanding, yet self pity is no friend of success. Were allowed to feel vulnerable, scared, life is unpredictable, yet entitlement leaves you far from your goals and objectives. In life not everybody will want to see you succeed, not everybody will want to see you grow, and not everybody will want to see you shine. Yet shine anyway, for this is what great leaders do. It is a complex thing finding inner strength when we fall from grace. We find ourselves more accessible to stones, and the daggers thrown by others. We become our own krptonite. Yet if you read the biographies and study the history many a great leader plummeted, and had to climb back up. We rise when were weak because you are not pavement for the world to trample on, you have ideas and vision, plans and objectives, goals and a firm discipline. You must trust that self to wade you through the mire. Life humbles all of us. Our ego's are wrapped in cotton wool and yet, we dream still, reaching thus for our spears of persistence. Tiredness is a great excuse for quitting. Now let me ensure you dont give up because you've hit your first hurdle. A tired body is not a tired mind, a driven mind will make more of an impact connecting to the visual you have of the finished outcome. What does it look like, taste like, smell like, feel like when your done. What does the final finished outcome look like and what doors will it open up for you. Who will you be able to connect to. What is your strategy, get excited, get proactive, and strengthen your mind with motivational speakers like Les Brown, Anthony Robbins, Zig Ziglar and Joel Osteen. Read books that will push you such as how to win friends and influence people, the power of positive thinking, Anthony Robbins awaken the Giant within. Keep going and consistently programme your mind to believe at each hurdle that your nearly there.Success comes in stages.

It takes persistence, hunger, bold ideas and drive to really steer you forward. You must be in the pit of it. Hunger is not talk, it is a taste in your mouth, it is your every waking thought, it is the vision that creeps behind you like a shadow. It is the stage you perform on, daily. Life requires you now submit to your higher self, your greater self, a self that refuses to be denied. Do not deny yourself an oblivion of challenges, obstacles that present themselves like jewelled thrones. It is hope you are required to cling to. In the war for your dreams do not loose sight of what's important, a fight for the self. Our identities are consistently lost in translation we strive to be better versions forgetting that the version you are today was rebirth from the promise of yesterday. Yesterday's whispers yesterday's gold, fuel yourself with passion hand promise as each day you fight to meet your potential. The conclusion of a dream is hard work, it is a tiresome task, you must upgrade yourself consistently and develop your vision clear as though it were ink on paper. Produce a strategy, produce a plan, challenge yourself to meet goals quicker so soon enough you are on to the next challenge. Practice, practice , practice, laziness is no friend of mine, it shall never be a friend of yours.

So they won't compromise with you, those voices that don't want you to be triumphant. Those visitors in your head that refuse to let you succeed, refuse to let you take spritely steps into your journey. You are riddled with insecurity, and downcast with fallen ideals, rise up once more. Life is not about perfect people, we are all being shaped and moulded, evolving, painting the canvas of life, bright streaks and vibrant colouring to epitomize our selves and our challenges. Mistakes are real things, yet those who are willing to take responsibility and learn and grow from their mistakes will find themselves, polished gems, or nuggets of resources. You must believe in your potential, dreams can carry you so far, it takes action, it takes needing to see the final outcome, the finished product, and as stage performer you bow, this is my accomplishment, look how it shines with such bright lights of sweat, and is scuffed because I moved it avidly.

It is the hunger that kept you going, now you've quenched it it is the thirst that slides in. Movement requires action, action guarantees growth, growth is sustenance for life. We move in cycles. Each ink bird eager to flock to the charms of a new page, we are unafraid when we make our decisions, and the storm creeps in. A tempest so loud it can shut the whole world down with its typhoon emotions , a rage in its belly, fear is louder than many a dream. It is seductive like a slit dress and some rakish stilettos, it is the fragrance you smell upon the air when you are in the thick of things. Fight fear with empowerment, the stakes are high, the stakes are your dreams, if you do not fight you will remain in the same spot. Disconnected yet connected to it all. You will be a branch by the wayside of a tree whose nutrients are now foreign. You must be in it, the pain, the fear, the disappointment, the glory. Fate owes you nothing, life owes you nothing. Stellar success, we all want it. Yet how many of us throw in the towel when things get difficult, become complicated, and we find it hard to see it through to the end. I've been there, many of us who don't have disabilities have stories to tell, here's the thing. Success doesn't compromise. It doesn't listen readily to your stories unless you use them to them to wield it with such superhuman force. Everybody likes the idea of being extraordinary, of wealth that creates access. Yet what are we really striving for? We are striving for a sense of fulfillment, validation , but most importantly growth. Life will throw you knocks , in the chaos of one's mind we find ourselves struggling for structure and consistency, yet whatever the goal when you make a commitment to getting it done. You achieve it in bitesized steps. We are going through stages. The world won't always agree with you that you are great, but you must know it.

purpose, is the promise you offered yesterday to yourself, why not let it be the gift you receive today. There is no negotiation, this is your life,this is your time to change, your time to exit the strongholds of negativity. It is easy to lose your purpose, to lose your sight, to lose your vision. But purpose will level you out, it will add structure to your day. Give you hope when chaos rains, and triumph is desolate. Keep your eyes on your goals ahead, on your daily tasks on your activities. They are yours for completion. You are in the throws of your tempest, things will come at you in the storm. Yet you must not let your vision blur, whether you battle a disability like epilepsy, or your future remains undisclosed. We are all on a messy path. The world is full of talented people desperate to find their purpose, you know what yours is, believe in it.

Embarrassing yourself, aren't we all terrified of this. Making fools of ourselves, having others judge us, ridicule us or laugh at our misfortune. I've failed at many a thing many a time, and whether others have laughed or others have criticised, I have grown and exhibited beyond all their standards. It must be something you tell yourself, your mental breakfast, your lunch and your dinner. Your allowed to fail. Your allowed to make mistakes that won't hurt people, no one has the right to crucify your dreams, because in that minute they have no idea what you are preparing to become. You are the glory you seek, you are not laughable and your vision is not derelict, it takes planning , it takes structure, it takes discipline in order to reap results. It is important that you remember why you started what your doing, it is important you think of the lives of those you plan to impact positively, before you speak your giant alive. I just had an amazingly inspired session with Sophia hubs on Marketing at the Rebdridge enterprise desk, co hosted with Ros Southern. I am revitalized with new information and a passion to assist once again. Business is hunger, its about appetite and action, creativity, diversity and an inclusive network.
