Access to the evolving Job Market: other opportunities and other ways to get them

Access to the evolving job market: Different ways to find new opportunities

It is important to believe in your potential, believe in who you are and what you can do, believe in the possibilities that are out there, where others see lack , you must see the gap you must see the opportunity. Wether it's volunteering, wether it's work experience, the chance to engage others to connect, to communicate , to showcase your strength, your ideas, to allow your skill set to be shown and the value you can add to the company to be acknowledged. What can you bring to the table, of the company you are trying to integrate yourself with.

Do you have excellent communication skills, are you a great networker, great negotiation skills, knowledge of finance and economics, knowledge of bidding and procurement, knowledge of marketing, and SEO , of different social media brands and algorithms and how to acquire high profile on each platform
It is important that you show all your strengths and your experiences, how did you use your time in other work or social scenarios to extend yourself, and develop your skills. What did you learn, what programs, did you put in place? How did you position yourself with the marketing team, did you help with strategy, with ideas for innovation, how about other areas like campaign ideas, ways the companies could get sponsorship, ways the companies could get grant funding and finance.

Were you ever introduced to the partners or key leaders at any events, did you organise any events, and how if you entered the company would you manage your time if you were given a role. It's always about adding value. Individuals are often promoted or hired in the first place into key positions or roles, because they have the ability to add value to the firm in one way or another. The company believes they are a valued asset, they have the potential to encourage the expansion of the companies fruitfulness and improve development.

Which means companies will look at who their hiring, pay attention to the CV, although there are new programs and software that is allowing managers to avoid looking at cv's in bulk, you can engage hiring managers on sites like linkedin, check out applications on otta.com, and apply for jobs by engaging the people in charge. Follow up with emails. Make phone calls if you can.

Find out what recruitment programs are available at the job centre, job fairs, work fairs, career programs, go to networking events, you never know who knows what. The more you network, the more you know.
Try and build excellent communication skills , pay attention to little things you can ask the other person on the phone, little jokes you can make to relax them so they warm up to you and remember you.

For example you can say I imagine it's been hectic in the office, and you understand their looking forward to lunch break, pay attention to little gaps in the conversation. Listening is always the way you get in. Conversations have holes, and those holes have opportunities. Those opportunities give you access. When I used to go to church the pastor would always say to us your blessings will always come through speech, it will be something someone shares with you, it is the power of the spoken word. People often abuse information because it's too available, but when you apply information it gives you access. When I used to have meetings with investors when I first tried to l launch my businesses, they were all talking about what was trending in the fintech markets. Data. All the investors were investing capital in data.

Data utilised and gathered in the right way, from things like memberships subscribers, audiences, hubs, many of my concepts began with this introductions, so I often attracted a lot of investor friends, contacts and connections. They were eager to talk to me about how I came up with some of these concepts, and ideas, some of my concepts for platforms, for projects, for even hubs. Were very intriguing to these individuals because they had the mind for it, they had the vision , and also they had the access to realise these kinds of projects. It's often about making sure you have all the right resources.

Success and its clues: How to empower yourself in business

Follow my blog with Bloglovin

Many of us know success leaves clues. (https://www.pwastore.com/details/redebonyhotspot)
We are on the net surfing those clues, attending workshops, networking at events, meeting our next mentor advisor or 'business guardian.' Yet how many of us simply execute the small steps for the long journey. Success is a process, and within that process you will find its not about what you end up with, its about who you become. (https://www.pwastore.com/details/redebonyhotspot)

As individuals we actively scribble our plans down on notepaper, or frame them for the world to see, others of us actively make our tongues limp from discussing them over and over and over again. We buy books, listen to podcasts, motivational videos, to inspire execution. Yet execution comes from your hunger to commit to the future you see yourself in. The future is about the present, what you do now, will define who you will become. Create access for yourself by following the clues of great leaders and executing a titanium plan. In order to achieve mass success, you must have a system in play. A daily discipline that becomes a regime which you stick to, a positive habbit that empowers you. You must be stern on yourself and committed. Be consistent. Sam ovens talks about consistency being the sum of all success, and he should know he is no a millionaire ten times over. It is in your habbits , your daily disciplines, your rituals and your regiments that you will find success. It is in enjoying the becoming, that you will discover access. (https://www.pwastore.com/details/redebonyhotspot)

Have a vision but dont see blind. When we are heading to a destination we dont just use our sight, we key into all our senses to direct us. We become navigators, we ask questions, key questions that direct us towards the answers we require.
Success has left breadcrumbs for your senses, it is inviting you in. Yet you need to do the work you cant simply plan to do the work, talk of doing the work, connect to people who have done it and spend a lifetime looking for shortcuts. You must execute and find your way to that gingerbread house, walk the path less travelled. With focus, dilligence and an upbeat attitude to face challenges.(https://www.pwastore.com/details/redebonyhotspot)

Whispers in the daylight

It is Tuesday morning and I'm thinking about the challenge of facing a busy novel with a lot of edits. I realised something as I walked my dog, each day we edit ourselves. The compilation of different selves, becomes a complex individual. With thoughts , dreams and actions. We play a role socially , we play a role with our domestic selves, always the challenge of the public and the private self. For both selves I would argue in order to accomplish your goals in life, you have to know your destination, know what actions you mean to take to steer you into a more comfortable position. Read as many books about your path as possible, and books that will inspire you like Paulo coelho the alchemists, The richest man in Babylon, white orleander and my all time favourite, rich dad poor dad by Robert Kiyosaki. These are great people to model when it comes to the journey of success, challenge yourself to read a book a day as Tai Lopez advised.

It is important that you take time to consume knowledge and wisdom, and you make a point to impact the surroundings and your environment. It is a harsh lesson in life when we trial and don't succeed , yet you must keep going and access all the resources around you.

Ladders for broken strands#4billion

Its not their job to fix you, you may want the support, desire the connection, the understanding, yet self pity is no friend of success. Were allowed to feel vulnerable, scared, life is unpredictable, yet entitlement leaves you far from your goals and objectives. In life not everybody will want to see you succeed, not everybody will want to see you grow, and not everybody will want to see you shine. Yet shine anyway, for this is what great leaders do. They shine and create movement in society, impact and awareness, growth and focus. If it is your passion to change an aspect of your life, list the changes and write the impacts you are looking for. Do the research who can assist you make thsese changes in your life, is it your business centre, your youth centre, community centre, school , university, College? Government assist? They are not there to fix you, they are there to aid you, and provide a ladder for you to clamber to the top of your objective pyramid, fulfill your plan, and meet your deadlines. Fear can convince us the world owes us, it gives you a chance to procrastinate, to doubt, to get angry, and for some anger does not fuel action, it fuels stories. Everybody has a story yet in this lifetime what would you like yours to be. A story of self pity or a story of success.

Stages of success #4billion

Tiredness is a great excuse for quitting. Now let me ensure you dont give up because you've hit your first hurdle. A tired body is not a tired mind, a driven mind will make more of an impact connecting to the visual you have of the finished outcome. What does it look like, taste like, smell like, feel like when your done. What does the final finished outcome look like and what doors will it open up for you. Who will you be able to connect to. What is your strategy, get excited, get proactive, and strengthen your mind with motivational speakers like Les Brown, Anthony Robbins, Zig Ziglar and Joel Osteen. Read books that will push you such as how to win friends and influence people, the power of positive thinking, Anthony Robbins awaken the Giant within. Edible Enterprise

It doesnt matter what they say, with a strategy, a target and some key objectives you can accomplish your vision. It is a journey of stepping stones, we leap eager to get to the finish line, yet self development and the growth of enterprise is a journey. I just had a meeting with my business advisor Leonore @ Sophia hubs the enterprise desk in Ilford. For the first time i shared it out loud. That cobwebbed whisper of a dream, that vision which kept me tossing and turning , scribbling with agitation in the middle of the night. Ashamed to announce it to the rest of the world. My goal is to make my first million blogging and giving back to the community, with effective business ideas, branding and strategy. It is the monster that lurks beneath my bed, the shadow in the closet, and the conversation i have with myself every morning. How many of us are on a journey? How many of us come from humble beginnings and want to make a dramatic change? Change is inevitable, progress is not. A dream is a delicious thing, it is both maddening and exciting, you wake up in the morning hungry to conquer the day, and you can, one bite at a time. Have a strategy, a routine. Tick off the tasks you complete, you will get there, elevation means lifting above the ton. You must elevate yourself with books, films, even music, engage with likeminded people and model a leader you respect. Remember, one bite at a time.

Branding for bitesized business (journey with @Sophia hubs)

Lets start with something simple, what is branding? I have been to the workshops, the seminars, the business brunches, and everybody is trying to sell you their brand or their idea. Branding is about creating awareness, it’s about networking and promoting your passion, building a platform, and a product that has a powerful message. Its creativity, versatility, and its fun. Who doesn’t want to have fun doing what they love. When I started my photography company my brand message was making London more accessible, visually stunning, places that people could visit free and enjoy. London is a Voyeurs paradise, visually stunning, quirky , eccentric, and I wanted to capture the moments. So I would produce a series of campaigns, the you see we capture campaign, and London Lifestyles. What is branding? It echoes in your mind, how do I build up my brand. By making it more accessible at key events related to your topic, keep your audience updated about what your brand is doing. How its feeding into assisting and developing the community, domestic life, or business environment. How they are saving money, it is a dance of negotiation, we provide resource and information, our service will improve your lifestyle, family life, business life. We are speedy, offer more value than our competitors, have a host of events where you can meet with us and ask personal questions. We are an accessible brand, our goal is to engage with you, and create a service. Its about your customers and not just about you. What are their trends? Which shops do they target? What is the best and the quickest way to impact them. It is the voice of your product, its cry to the public, the thematic ad campaigns, the conversations you have with your target demographic. Your audience want to know that you understand their wants and needs, you can actively engage with them, you are a problem solver, you are aware of the gaps in the market and through this stream you can create a link to them and provide what they desire.

An explosion of words has just lit up your screen, you just cannot bring yourself to stop typing. Branding is a form of creative business output, sharing your vision and your ideas with the public so they know who you are. In order to excel at marketing and branding have a tight pitch in your head. words that sell are often linked to finance and effective digital and street campaigns. Freeing the financial fugitive, fade to black a campaign about celebrating cultural diversity, ink on indigo publishing for creative writers of ethnic diverse backgrounds, sales and celebrations, pintsized poverty, giving it the thumbs down, how to know more about your market.

Marketing is about making yourself standout and creating core values within your product that your audience relate to

Marketing and branding are interlinked, they both go hand in hand. They are about consistency, and using the right hook to engage your target audience. You dont want chinese whispers, you want the pitch which sends a shiver down backs, sends goosebumps along arms, drives traffic to your site because you have the potential to change somebody's life and lifestyle. You have the potential to help them develop themselves and grow. Talk is cheap in the business world, people want to see actions, they want to seee results, and this is what i specialise in at the lunchtime digital scheme. ( Ota Okojie 07946496111) my goal is to make sure you are digitally savvy,

what is my company's message?
What drives my company?
what will drive audiences too my company
what are the public looking for?
How can i create links that enhance public interests?
Where do they go to buy products similar to mine?
if you could produce one statement about your company what would that statement be?
what does your company stand for?
What experience do you have?
know your product well?
how does it fit?
how are you simplifying things?

If you can answer these topics, you are on your way.

Sophia Hubs teams up with the Lunchbox Millionaire

I just had an amazingly inspired session with Sophia hubs on Marketing at the Rebdridge enterprise desk, co hosted with Ros Southern. I am revitalized with new information and a passion to assist once again. Business is hunger, its about appetite and action, creativity, diversity and an inclusive network. We grow and develop strengths from the people we affiliate ourselves with and to, striving with even more of a determined edge. The tongue is wet, we are salivating upon that vision of potential. A dream is merely a dream until it is actualized with some stern actions, be consistent, be diligent, model someone brilliant who has done what you love to do, and get people talking, get them involved and be an active listener. As much as you have bills to pay, they are eager to fix an area of their life as well. You are a stream of abundant knowledge, you are confidence, drive , ambition and self development. Don't let life steal the essence of who you are. We are meant to fail, so we learn. Ultimately we will succeed. Ultimately we will be enhanced, and we will impact the world. It is easy to lose yourself in fear, fear equals sacrifice. You must keep going, and steering forward. Follow your routine, believe in your potential and know someone else will believe in it too.

Million dollar countdown

Million dollar countdown

Self belief is the master of success. You have to believe in not just what you can do now, but that you can push the boundaries and meet your targets exposing your potential. It is you and yourself, your in a race with yourself, allowing neither demons or the insecurities of others to corrupt you. The more you try and succeed the more people will talk, and try and pull you down, you have to keep your head up because the path to success is riddled with curious obstacles which choose to come alive. It is your discipline that will get you there, it is your focus, but most of all it is your mentality.

Put your brand out there, and navigate through the masses, advertising your niche. Many people make the mistake of making their target audience too general. You need the right strategy, and that strategy means engaging your audience, and compiling a list of strengths of your product, and why it makes your clients lifestyle more accessible. That's right have a client in mind, be age specific. market your brand on or sites, social media like Facebook, Twitter, histogram, hub pages; drive traffic to your site by offering interactivity.

Your mind should be a place of infinite ideas, your audience is out there, you just have to either do some market research yourself, or outsource to a media company offering a percentage of the commission for each client they refer towards you. Include recruitment companies and speakers to get the word out there, there is power in spoken word. Network at key events for example utilise your business centres, your community centres, even your ground centre, definitely where an audience gathers, because each individual is a potential sale. Be realistic, and empathetic, why should they give you their hard earned cash, because your offering another saleable, microwaveable product. A product that makes life much easier, you may have a tight pitch, but you are not a salesman, you have experienced some of these problems yourself, and are trying to instigate a positive and productive change.

SEARCH ENGINE OPTIMIZATION MADE SIMPLE: THE RIGHT WAY TO MONETIZE YOUR SITE

Search engine optimization is about optimizing your site so the search engines can find you, thus potential clients. The amount of people online looking for your particular product, at a particular time will blow your mind.

Which sites do they visit to acquire the product your selling? who are your competitors. Be a regular visitor on your leading competitors website, or blog sites, what meta tags did you type in to find them, the simpler the language, the more accessible, the more your guaranteed a result? Are you actively using social media to engage readers, and your niche.Search engines are like little spiders plucking a keyword here, and a keyword there.

Are you practicing your pitch and selling the strengths of your product. How can it fit easily into their lives? Are you a marketing comp;any that provides an online consultation service, a branding company that is aware of the key themes or questions asked by your target audience on the forum. Lets not call them simply your target audience, lets define them distinctly as your network. Affiliate yourself to the blogs and the sites of the local giants in your industry, save them as your favourites, post regular comments on their site, offering creative ideas for customers to improve their lifestyles and expand their brand. How easy is it to navigate around your site? How easy is it to build a customer client base, can you do this through webinars, seminars. Even if you simply have a blog, use google web analytics and the key word tools. As great a platform as blogger is, what i find useful about the wordpress platform is that blog posts are synchronised to your social media sites. You can choose to easily upload a post to facebook, or tweet it on twitter. Provide a series of articles which hook your audience in as their navigating through the internet, Top ten ways to make your fortune in ebook publishing, top fifty sites that help you build traffic, top 100 social media sites that are guaranteed to help you monetize your site.

Have a strategy. It's a mental monopoly, cash in on all those little ideas that inspired you in the first place to start your business, website or blog. What schemes are available? What events can you go to to network, for example meetup, and eventbrite have some spectacular events that guarantee you are networking and showcasing your portfolio. Use sites like stumble upon.

Get into active discourse or debates about a subject that is a key theme of your business, do you sell cleaning agents? Help people with disabilities, provide an information resource service for startup blogs and websites about the best monetization apps, and affiliate programs. Have a regular newsletter you send out or a mobile opt in site that appears on your page, request for emails or a contact number, offer to teach a seminar on product branding and how to produce the best business plan. Whatever people are looking for? There always has to be money behind it, information on funders, maybe startup companies where their guaranteed to get work experience. You have to become an expert in your field and in order to become that expert, you have to be willing to do intensive training. Produce a list of the most searched brands in your industry, why are people searching for these brands? Needs far surpass wants, human beings are emotional searchers. They want access as quickly as possible, and are determined to invest their funds in order to get results. Buy one get one free, save on the product your getting, Coupons for a trial of your product if it really is going to help them solve a problem. You are consistently trying to help your audience solve a problem, by thinking about their wants and their needs and using backlinks, cpc, ppc, streams or avenue affiliate marketing, providing a distributor network, offering games and prizes, inviting people to be part of your lottery

Tactical

Structure it like a business plan. Brainstorm it. Why? Why should they come to your site when some other site is ranked higher. The more active your site is, the more interactive, the better your brand. Your not simply selling your vision, your offering assistance, you may be offering financial growth. List all the websites and blogs you visit regularly, provide a job noticeboard, guest posting an opportunity to showcase themselve and their brand or ideas on your site. People are constantly looking for an avenue in, an opportunity, a chance to start and build a platform for themselves. Utilise Triond and hub pages write regular articles on your topic, but studies have shown human beings are most responsive to links, have a database of info, a web of contacts you contact daily, and the net will hyperlink you, making it appear as though you are affiliated with that brand . most leading brands have a blog, you can video blog and acquire ideas for topics on youtube, vimeo,

have a target a list of numbers you hit daily. Get hootsuite it makes your post to social media highly effective, which means your brand gains more influence in the media. Request to write for an online magazine, or setup your own one to offer audiences the opportunity once again to become closely affiliated to you, offer an online journal so people can track your progress online.Regularly updating them on facebook and your twitter feed. Design promotional images of you at key events. Do an online certified award corse to add more gravitas to your discussions, make sure their topics most of your niche are experiencing.

offer an ebook

play a game i invented called musical presentation chairs, this is quite ingenious, most people are terrified of public speaking, they say its worse than death. During network scenarios people often stay located in a particular area, have motivational music playing in the back ground, something that relaxes them or gets them excited, mentally people have to feel as though their in a place of comfort to network, and pitch effectively. Ensure they are interacting with everybody in the room, remove a chair, the small community your building has to be in constant rotation. Conversating, sharing ideas, remove a chair. Last person has to pitch their business and why they started it in the first place. This is to show you marketing is done not just online, but offline as well. How many people do we know who have brilliant ideas, but lack the confidence to promote them. It need not be done outside you can do this on V seminar, google hangouts. What are the themes of your brand? How can you add polish to an already declining brand? What is your unique selling point, of your blog, or your website? Do you supply a bespoke service, or provide special offers for people

Target audiences are not just audiences, statistics, their individuals, find out their facebook details contact them regularly offering them positive feedback on their work. Human beings love to know about themselves, they love to talk about themselves, so create a community forum where they can. Where they can engage in active debates, pursue their own thread of contacts, and drive traffic their way. A lot of traffic means, a high financial conversion rate. follow the news on whats trending about the different countries that follow your blog or your site. Encourage people to step out of their comfort zone, understand the psychology of the human mind. The easiest way they can do it, they will. It saves them time, they can get on with their other affairs, offer them guest blogging or freelance opportunities, a mentoring scheme that guarantees they can engage with you regularly. Then find out the highest paying words and incorporate them into your content. Make sure you have google adsense codes on your site along with chitika, and be posting up to 100 blog posts a day. Some may be small others a plateful, but a tidy proportion of posts tells the search engine you are updating your site regularly. Search engines like Google, yahoo, bing, love, the hardworking, targeted information sites. They rank very highly, notice the leading sites are always interactive. Each person is an avenue, i will discuss this in the next post

Each person is an avenue.

How to be a blockbusting bestseller

Business isn't just for a brilliant mind, it is accessible to everyone if you have knowledge of the digital platform. Search engine optimisation is key to success, whatever your marketing tool. Know your analytics as effectively as you know your brand. Have a keen eye and a unique selling point. What is yours ? What is the angle you aim to connect to your target audience? They speak in a language you can understand, but listen carefully. It is beyond simple questions, it is the engagement in sources that are trending, the celebrity impact, media, and culture. Know your audience like the back of your hand, how would they navigate the aisles to find your product. If you could pitch your product in simple, precise lines, how would you do it? For example Lianna is releasing a new self published piece to assist the promotion of her work. How will she market her piece and her brand. She would promote herself with useful and resourceful articles about her area of expertise and create a link where others can access her portal of information. Lianna Brands new bestseller web of deceit, a spine tingling block buster about a deadly game of cat and mouse, has sold over fourteen million copies worldwide. It is accessible internationally, and is a book soon to be translated into a multi award winning film. A page turner that has you hooked frolm beginning to end, readers are calling her the new John Grisham. What do you think? Download the first three chapters of Web of deceit, a captivating read. Are you bored this summer? Not anymore. With lovable, changeable characters, this book will have you hooked from start to finish?

How do you engage an audience? If your a writer you have less than five minutes to pitch your book across a sea of literature produced to precision. Audiences are hungry for different reads, know which market you are appealing to. Chick lit, for the modern girl on the go that needs something quick and delectable to seduce her imagination, crime thrillers for audiences with an arithmetic mind. People pick up books for the same reason, they buy a product. Within that narrative their not just looking for escapism, they are trying to find an answer to an internal question. Books are healers. Literature is the plaster some choose to put on the wound.

Generate interest for your book, whether it's picked up by publishers or not. I've always argued that people in the creative mind have to be more business orientated. Publishing is a capitalist industry like all areas of economy if they can see a market for your work they will endorse it. Yet if you venture into self publishing, you have to become both writer and entrepreneur. Social networker there are key events you can attend at meetup, eventbrite places that will assist you to build that self confidence in your work.

Publishers are identifying what is personal to you as a product. Once it's out there it's more than just your baby, it's an opportunity to acquire capital and connect with your audiences at a human level. In the scurry to be picked up by publishers and prestigious organisations, people often forget some of the the five factors, and the people their selling it to. Branding, hook, pitch, market, sale. Know your audience, the places they'll go to network, have a keen eye for the type of story that will appeal to them. Are you niche? Are you fulfilling a gap in the market? Are you answering an age old much recycled question. Look at the questions your audiences are asking online, look at last years books that were on the bestseller list, the books celebrated by key media. The digital platform is a powerful tool if you use it effectively. Word of mouth is the most powerful marketing weapon out there, go to readings like my sister Irenosen Okojie does. Get an insight into the industry, know how campaigns work, and what campaign you will use to acquire the interest of your audience. The internet creates international crossover. This means someone who is in the states can literally purchase your product without even blinking.

Market analysis, strategy, and core principles are useful for the fulfilment of your task. Go on forums , question and answer sites, What questions are audiences asking. Which books are trending and why? Understand the why, there is more to be understood beyond the simple exclamation of i am a writer respect my work. To run publishing houses, publishers have to stay financially afloat. As much as many are about engulfing the public, you need to be the writer who thinks beyond simply being a creative. Think with a business mind. Sell yourself, and pitch your book effectively to audiences. Why should they invest their hard earned cash in your style, over Barbara Delinsky, Jude Deveraux.

Mainly because you are bringing them something new, a scintilating page turner, which will keep them curled up in corners, biting their fingernails. Create that hunger and you will see results.

Climbing Fences: Trust and why you should Let the world in (again)

If you let me see beneath your beautiful;
If you let me see beneath your wonderful.....

Emily sande and Labyrinth lyrics
How often do we find it hard to let others get close. Close enough to see beyond the barriers we put in place. Barriers that sometimes look like tidy garden fences, then you get close enough and you see it's the great wall of China. Some of us are bold enough to flood the world in. We say to ourselves if you can take me, then i'm ready for you. Others have been made shy through pain, trauma or damage. We let them tip toe in like fingertips across a new keyboard. We invite our 'strangefolk' one slice of pie at a time. We are so neatly cotton wrapped in old regrets, the fear of sinking to the bottom and watching everything come appart, watching those who we grew attached to leave, because their too many flaws we had which they didn't see coming. Suitcases packed, jet pack at the ready. Here's a lesson that I learned the hard way. When your on your last legs, damaged, broken, or simply vulnerable, the real people show themselves. Not the plastic shapes. Or the contacts that are great to talk to when your life's neatly folded. The real people suit up, and their ready to duke it out with you, because everything else before that was a test. Their comfortable to show you if your employing their the person you should be hiring. If you've alienated yourself from everyone because someone you loved so dearly let you down, or showed you something you didn't want to see. I've been there many times before, you have to start letting the world in a smile or a slice of pie at a time. There is growth in isolation of course. Loneliness leads us to ponder a whirlwind of thought. Yet whilst we play hide and seek with the world, were missing out. On potentially good people, adventures, clues that lead to great ideas, potential connectors for whatever scheme you're working on. The right people will be willing to take the time, to scale that fence of yours, and land on your doorstep or even in your backgarden. Letting people in doesn't guarantee everything will be amazing and they'll be immaculate in character; it doesn't mean people will never disappoint you in life, it means that you're stronger than any jack in the box situation, and you bounce back.

How to deal with feeling left out

Feeling left out? As though your different.....one things for sure your not a Martian right now. Who knows maybe Martians are actually cool. Youre allowed to feel different and experience that platelet shift of not being like those around you. Guess what? Connection is needed.Venture out seek like minded positive and ambituos people. Dressed up,or dressed down, remind yourself that you are something special.Worthy of love and companionship. Meeting new people can be exciting, it's not always plain scary. Seeing what you have in common with them, inviting them for dinners, parties, keeping them up to date, and hearing their good news. That's fun. We all have moments when we feel left out, or the people who knew us, begin to feel like aliens in our carefully padded world.Talk to the people you love and care about explaining that you feel slightly estranged. If it's not being able to find the time to keep up, make time....there's always a fold somewhere. Reach out and meet new people, or get busy and focused on developing who you are. Change is inevitable in life, when the tide moves, we have to move with it. Sharing your emotions is very important, nobody's psychic. They may not know that their conversations with their new friend about all these flashy gadgets you cant afford is making you feel bad about yourself;maybe they've overloaded on time with their current partner, and now their dating that person they seem to know everything about his/her friends, yet sadly they keep missing key things that have taken place in your life. Express how youre feeling. Hard as it is, try not to blame them for your emotional inbalance right now. This feeling of lack comes from within, the fear of being left behind comes from within. If your feeling lost, it means you have to find yourself. In life we deal with these feelings over and over again. We have to master our own mental and emotional strength to beat them. The biggest key is building confidence, and knowing in your heart, that those who love you will always want to see you or spend time in your company, because there's something unique about you. If your feeling left out because of a lack of progress, your time will come. Fight to be happy for when it does. There are people who have achieved goals and are more miserable than if they'd made any plans. image by Stephart09

How to deal with those who say you cant: Facing the impossible dream

Everyone loves's a dreamer. Their ambition melts off the tip of their tongue like churned butter. They are the artist painting a vision of beauty, and the sales person who has you mentally on the fringe. We all like being dreamers, and someday, sounds so exciting, and so safe. Yet in this lifetime you'll meet people that will choke your 'someday blues' aggressively ask you the intricacies of such a master plan. "Who, what, where, which time, give me a date, give me a number? Explain this goal thouroughly to me, it makes no sense." These people are your best friend. They force us to take actions, make plans, provide timelines, and prove ourselves to ourselves. Talk is very cheap. Anyone can define themselves a mastermind, a leader,a guru of some kind, yet without the hard work and the goals, the structure and discipline to complete these glorious visions, they are heading for a huge fall. Failure is talk without discipline, goals without strategy, a lack of consistency. I've learned the hard way, and i'm still learning, lack of consistency leads to failure that could easily be avoided. Every successful person has to fail. Yet i learned from a great person "it is important to not build your castles in the sky." To some that may appear to be a negative statement, yet somehow, i think it's empowering. So how do you deal with people who say you cant? Step 1 Know you can and decide the strategy, steps, and timeline your going to do in order to achieve your goal. Step 2 Do your research. Research isn't just for knowledge with a foundation, research also assists you in validating the possibility of your accomplishment. Who has done what you've done? How have they done it? How can you make your model better? Step 3 There are 24 hours in a day, constantly ask yourself the key question. "Am i being lazy? Have i made this excuse before? How will i feel a year from now when someone says 'patronisingly' 'so hows that little dream of yours coming along then?" If your goal is to loose weight, and your sitting on your arse just watching tv, remind yourself that most of the people in the shows you like make it a must to look fit and healthy. Or your dream is to make that first million guess what...most of the people in the talk shows you like, or the films you worship are making their money, whilst their eating up your time. The most popular reason people want to make money is because they hate their jobs. How desperate are you to leave? Step 4 Take action. Constantly remind yourself, there are no excuses good enough. I'm taking no prisoners, i'm doing this....and then do it. Step 5 Network effectively then get down to business. Many people become caught up in networking, especially business networking because their around positive people who consistently tell them, their ideas are amazing, their guaranteed success, and implimenting 'these strategies' will give them an edge over the competition. That is not always true. The skills you need to learn are out there on the field. You need the failures to give you the wisdom you need to succeed, you cant get that trapping yourself in a scenario where everyone is patting you on your shoulder saying 'your so amazing'. You need to be out there learning from your competition, it's great to have people build you up when you fall appart, but the world doesn't always agree with you. Step 6 Use your reasons to motivate you, no matter how silly they are. From an ex husband moving on, to feeling utterly humiliated, use the negative to channel the positive. Those reasons will not, let you down. Their haunting you, and so will the need to achieve those ambitions you set for yourself. Step 7 Everytime you accomplish a goal reward yourself with some praise or treat yourself to simple pleasures. Maybe a trip to the cinema, a shopping spree...with a budget of course, a gold star on a chart this is you, 'making things happen. Denying those utterly delicious excuses.' Step 8 Prepare for some casualties. That's right, sacrifices may have to be made. Your best friend whose pocket you literally live out of, those tv shows you worship as addiction, constantly inform them. Your busy, but you will be able to catch up as soon as you can. Your just trying to get this done, it's not personal. Watch out for needy friends, they conveniently decide they 'neeeed you even more' now your attentions are elsewhere.
Step 9 Get as much information anywhere you can....and use it. Many people hoarde information by the truck loads, and all these flaws i describe i've had them. They show up at every event, seminar, workshop, download or spend a fortune on every book, they possibly could....and it's all ignored post initial excitement. Knowledge is power, use the information given to you. Anthony Robbins once said, "Success leaves clues," follow those tracks, most of the successful people you meet in life, have all followed the same patterns. Step 9 Extraodinary people put in the extraodinary hard work. Those contacts or clients aren't gonna come to you if your spending the entirety watching television. It's a game of rabbit versus hound, i'm not saying chase them down and kill them. I'm saying hunt with all the passion, gusto, and free spirit you have in you. I wouldn't recommend begging, nobody likes a beggar. I would reccommend being active. Step 10 Have patience. Anything that is meant to flourish will take it's time. Beautiful trees dont explode with vibrant colours the day you plant them. They take their time to grow or expand, till you awe at what they become. All in all those 'cant do' people should be used to motivate you. If as soon as someone say's you cant achieve something you throw in the towel and sulk, oooops there goes your dream. I learnt the hard way, ambition isn't all about talk. It's like a game of baseball, the pitcher, pitches and you just keep running, determined to hit a home run, without looking back. So take action, do something today, and remember extraodinary people take extraodinary actions.
