How to be a pinterest influencer
Pinterest is one of my favourite platforms. With a 1 million audience, now you know why. Yet how does one grow their audience on Pinterest become an influencer and even sell on the Pinterest platform?
From the use of Shoppable pins to the oh so awesome tailwind, used for tribe building, connecting and communicating with followers or potential clients.
Let's see how do we start on this adventure. Graphic, delightful and buoyant content. Content needs to be colourful and pleasing to the eye, clear pixels, sharp, language needs to hook audiences in quickly. With Shoppable pins you are selling the products of your choice with the pin promoting that these pins can be bought, it is a choice to use Shoppable or customisable pins, you can request them. Yet a lot of people have a Shopify platform where they sell their products, have a drop shipping platform , and post the links to the products on the Pinterest platform.
Pinterest although initially promoted as a vision board site, is actually also now identified as the next biggest online global shipping search engine. If your not on Pinterest, your missing money, contacts, and your missing a trick. It's a great platform to go viral on and build an audience.
People often focus on YouTube and Instagram, yet these two platforms can become over saturated, it can be hard to get awareness for your content or brand, yet with Pinterest you have a space or a marketplace, to build on your brand, gain some recognition, and sell.
Yet this all works successfully if you take the time to build your online networks,
Your online following, and communicate and build relationships with potential clients , through engagement.
Provide them information and resources that they would like to hear.

Top 10 ways to improve your selling skills
Sales are the future. From abundant living to negotiating a flexible versatile lifestyle, they are the present, and consistently create access for those who are eager to upgrade their finances. We are all in sales in one way or another, we just dont know it. Everytime you present yourself in some way, thats kind of a sale. Making friends, a sale, your requesting people to buy in, in some way. A new job, requesting they buy into your portfolio of skills, relationships, requesting people celebrate your strengths. When we put ourselves out there we are often promoting, we organise our presentation, packaging, branding, tell people who we would like them to identify us as...Marketing. Hoping they buy in and spread the word.
Now lets not talk about sales in a broad scale, lets talk about a very key area of sales. Negotiating and building relationships.
First of all what is a sale? A sale is the exchange of goods or service for finance or capital. It can be short and sweet, or often be through extensive negotiations. Sales is also a game of Positioning, and the ability to build trust in a relationship in a very short amount of time. The buyer invest their finances because they trust the product, the brand, the service, or the individual.
Selling is often about the sellers ability to communicate, and engage with the buyer, having excellent conversational skills, making sure the narrative is open, and dialogue flows, answering key questions, and building that key trust.
First of all know your product or service. What are the strengths and the pro's of the service your selling? Where can it solve the buyers problem? How are you saving them Money? Could you be saving them money they could be investing elsewhere? List the problems you are solving for them, dont be pushy but direct, open the conversation enough so they can challenge you
Provide sales figures, and a sales report, and data analytics, show how well the product or service is doing in the market, which area is it selling the most, why are others buying it, Why and how is it beating its competitors, what is its unique selling point? Does it save time utilising this product or service? Does it open the floor up to more opportunities , more access?
Does this product have the potential to give you cashback, is it half price, will there be a discount on the next item, a buy one get one free offer.
Also when you talk about this product comment loosely about other things they might end up wasting their money on, things that wont bring a return, emphasize a lack of time, time restraint, the special offer coming to a close, also indicate that they are being given a special client treatment as a key candidate, therefore you should actually deliver, an extra surplus service. Maybe have a supervisor, or an advisor sit in on a call to answer more of their questions.Give them time. Show them they are valued.
Have a great opening pitch, be warm and friendly in the introduction, if you get their secretary or pa, also treat that individual with warmth and respect also.
Be a good advisor
Be a good listener and be present in the conversation.
Also See gaps in the conversation. The opportunities are in the conversations, thats where most opportunities hide.
Be good at following up
Build on excellent communication skills
Try and sound Relaxed without sounding uncaring or arrogant
Be Consistent with the follow up.
Dont take the first no for an answer yet dont be overly aggressive and too pushy. You want them to refer you and also do some of the work for you.
Have great knowledge of the product
Understand the weaknesses and strengths of your competitors and know your market
Know the Potential of the product
Be a good problem solver
Know when its time to laugh, and when its time to cry. Some people get this all wrong.
Have fun with the client. Its not about you showing off your degree, your expertise, its really just simply about how well this client will like this product, and how it could change things for them. Say " Its not about me, its about you."
Know that selling is not about aggression, and know the difference between thirst and determination, Desperate and forward.
Its alright to spice it up with a bit of nice. " Add a bit of charm, just dont be greasy"
Know how to step off the charm accelerator, and then show the knowledge.
Let the customer feel as though their well positioned for this opportunity.
Put your ego aside for the sale
In negotiations its alright to step back

how to make money on instagram
The internet is aflame with different creatives trying to monetise their skill, no more than on social media. Yet what is the hottest craze at the moment, a viral sweep that is sending computer screens flashing, and nimble fingers click clicking away. I give to you, Instagram monetisation. Instagram is not just hot for its influencers and micro influencing opportunities, for the sophisticates and the unsophisticated selfies, but lets go into deeper unchartered territory.
There's much more going on in instagram. First of all to monetise instagram if you can get to a million followers you are looking at £250,000 per post as an influencer, not to mention the small tidbits you get here and there with smaller followings as a micro influencer from brands so why is insta so iron hot right now?
Magic E.My favourite word engagement. Brands want to see real engagement, they want to see active commentary from their demographic and know where to take their product. Instagram influencers help them create even more dynamic products, that create a shift in the market, and make them more emotive sales people. This means instinctively, they know how to prompt their audience into buying their products they know what to sell and at what level their audiences are interacting with the product, the diversity of the product, what to introduce next, new trends, access and new ways to raise capital via distribution.
There are other ways to monetise instagram from posting links to your product pages, selling tickets on your page, making people pay a fee for profile on your page and Posting Viral videos......more to come on this topic.

The big outcome:Capital?
Stop looking for the big outcome, and then you'll do it, and then it will all happen for you the momentum will build. The chapter is never completed. Creative growth is a consistent cycle, we are learning, constantly, evolving constantly, you did not become an adult in a day. A flurry of creative actions in one week or a month wont make you a millionaire, but measured consistency, problem solving your way to a better future, believing in what you can truly do.

Its easy to watch videos, go to seminars, attend worshops, and gather the information but emotionally disconnect, no you have to be all in. You have to commit your time to your creative vision, learn to keep the promises you make to yourself, stop over expecting, and be ready for the sacrifice which comes. A lot of peoples end goal is capital. How do we make the money? We've invested so much time, how do we get a return, be willing to use the information you get and take consistent action. Go to events, network, share ideas, host events yourself, have a forum, celebrate the strengths of your product, and learn from its weaknesses. Be willing to be presented with a different model, and use Social media as a tool, and a tough selling psychology to connect to your audience, listening to them and their questions. Go on forums, go on answer sites, investigate, what is the market missing? What can you bring to the table, how best can you deliver it .

Qudos to Kings:Capturing Kingsized imaginations
It begins with the seed of discourse, a fledgling conversation explodes into the silence. You are at the mercy of self and mind. Determined to obliterate the silence, eager to escape the tedium which transcends normal life. You want change, you want drama, excitement, passion, growth and a life of fulfilment. There is no substitute for development. There is no substitute for tapping into infinite change and infinite possibility. Welcome to the evolving self. Welcome to a mind which will meditate upon change, meandering, and navigating through the chaos of fallen trials and almost triumphs. You think to yourself, from the world allows one day I will make an impact. One day I will take bold creative steps and unwind myself from the umbilical cord of 'normal' nursing the wounds that come with attempts to elevate ones self, beyond the constraints of a simplistic mind. You are stepping outside of the box, taking off shoes and socks, walking bare foot, into a realm of infinite questions where answers are blanketed, closeted and cloaked. You will morph into a self that the world will find undiscovered, unrecognisable. Self as explorer, self as adventurer, yet self as hero. There is something beautiful about the expansive mind. It's complex methodologies, and stratagem, then at other times the way it eases you into a fate with a simple recipe, and ingredients that primarily redefine your entire sense of being. Your imagination is your best friend on this journey, feed it and fuel its processes.
spearheading super change
We are often told with fear that possibility is beyond our reach. We hear voices chime into our eardrums, leading our defeat, hoping that we are less than what we are. For all the change agents, visionaries, leaders, and hopefuls, the mind needs a wealth of food to empower itself. It is important to cultivate a conversation with the mind, to shape your future, you must develop a path of access for yourself and those who tread after you. We walk, a path littered with obstacles, it is a narrow road, skittered with objects, eager to challenge social fugitives that escape the trademark of a standard norm. We are elevating ourselves beyond the ordinary, evolving to what's extraordinary, connecting to a self that is illuminated and transcends both pain and small definition. You are more than the minuscule conversations of yester year, greater than fear, other people's put downs, ridicules, laughter, humiliation, because to make an impact, to create change you must tap into your infinite self.
This is beyond the simplicity of your needs, you are changing the perspective of others. Heightening their ambitions and bringing them further in the realm of possibilities. It was a dream, then it became a vision, now you must tread it, now you must March it, now you must glorify your own independence, by celebrating the power of your mind. The mind is the most powerful tool we have at our disposal, it helps us become instigators of great social change, manoeuvre, and negotiate, our way to our own financial freedom. We walk in the paths of change agents that came before us, shifting, dancing through time.

Branding as a bassline
Copycats. Who doesn't hate a copy cat, they have no sense of brand identity, creative realism, or surrealism, they lack the emotional output and the understanding to fully eliminate the competition. They are as plankton hanging on the edge. Branding is much more than understanding your target audience, it is hearing their needs and wants when you sleep. Deciding to go the extra mile to the places they shop, network , hangout, having discussions with them and identifying them not just as a uniformed mass, but as people with distinct identities and a story behind what they do, and why those products are active participants in their lives. For example Indiana likes a new brand of trainers, although as a young girl she would follow the americanisation of her social culture, and would fit in more with Nike brands. She's chosen something alternative, why does she choose the alternative brand.Lets call it strike, the caption in the ad being, bold assertion for brilliant minds. Indiana is a girl who values her individualism, she likes to hang out with her friends but she also likes time apparent to herself. She's the most aggressive athlete on a girls football team, and she took an interest in the brand because she liked their football trainers. Branding is about listening. Listen long and listen deep. Focus groups, surveys, look at what your audience are searching for on the web, can you offer them a better alternative, and why should they choose you over a brand that their safe with that may have been in their family for generations?

Branding for bitesized business (journey with @Sophia hubs)
An explosion of words has just lit up your screen, you just cannot bring yourself to stop typing. Branding is a form of creative business output, sharing your vision and your ideas with the public so they know who you are. In order to excel at marketing and branding have a tight pitch in your head. words that sell are often linked to finance and effective digital and street campaigns. Freeing the financial fugitive, fade to black a campaign about celebrating cultural diversity, ink on indigo publishing for creative writers of ethnic diverse backgrounds, sales and celebrations, pintsized poverty, giving it the thumbs down, how to know more about your market.
Marketing is about making yourself standout and creating core values within your product that your audience relate to
Marketing and branding are interlinked, they both go hand in hand. They are about consistency, and using the right hook to engage your target audience. You dont want chinese whispers, you want the pitch which sends a shiver down backs, sends goosebumps along arms, drives traffic to your site because you have the potential to change somebody's life and lifestyle. You have the potential to help them develop themselves and grow. Talk is cheap in the business world, people want to see actions, they want to seee results, and this is what i specialise in at the lunchtime digital scheme. ( Ota Okojie 07946496111) my goal is to make sure you are digitally savvy,
what is my company's message?
What drives my company?
what will drive audiences too my company
what are the public looking for?
How can i create links that enhance public interests?
Where do they go to buy products similar to mine?
if you could produce one statement about your company what would that statement be?
what does your company stand for?
What experience do you have?
know your product well?
how does it fit?
how are you simplifying things?
If you can answer these topics, you are on your way.
