Emotional beatdown? Fight
In life there will be many times you will find yourself experiencing an emotional beatdown. Cheesey as it may sound to you. Tap into something greater than you right now. Stir yourself up, get excited, focus on the road ahead, and the goals you have which you can visualise clearly in your minds eye.
Remind yourself how great you are. It's easy to listen to the voices of all our critics, our biggest critic ourself. Telling us what we cant do, what we cannot accomplish. Fix your gaze on what you can do, and what you can accomplish for now, tap into a spirit of faith. You are energy, freedom, and joy in essence. Engage in that. Everything we need is within us. Life is full of emotional beatdowns. Wherever there's an up, in time you will find a down, but we have to find the strength to look for that peaceful place within ourselves, within our lives. Even when there's anarchy on the outside. Wether it's put downs, negative situations, we are bouncing balls, inevitably we bounce back. Keep that in mind. No matter how low or down you feel, keep your head up. Because life can change in the click of a second.
Remember the goal of living is to live a life with positive energy. Apositive mind, is a happy mind. Get some perspective if you are stepping out of the frame. Our emotions can put us in the wrong lane. Tap into that emotional intelligence we all have, and try to understand how you can make things better for yourself. Wether it's emotional abuse, learning to be emotionally resillient, focusing on improving your emotional wellbeing is core to productive development. What do you need right now? What is lacking? How can you improve your life? How can you improve your situation. Wether it's friendships, job, worklife, relationships, whichever one it is, see to your emotional needs. You are a priority.

Choosing options that heal
Options. We all have them. Some have more than others. In the area. Of relationships, partnerships, friendships, investing more in family. Use options politely, otherwise they will feel disrespected, and disrespect you. Choose options that bring nourishment, progress and growth to you. Options bring choices. Choices either promote us or demote us in life. From a series of events which showed much lack of respect for myself, plausible loyalty, I realised something I would never forget. If you make the wrong choice and the universe forgives you, learn in some way to forgive yourself. Chose to love yourself, support those who love you and embrace their progressive energy.

Using your options wisely

Options. In some way we all have them. Some have more than others. In the area of relationships, partnerships, friendships, investing more in family. Opt to make the right choices with your options, opt to not waste your free time, opt to behappy.

Crunchtime for a crush
Crushes can be heartbreaking. Their called crushes for a reason. All the could be's, might be's, possibly's...Crushes are not real relationships.I learnt the hard way that you should like someone for the strength and qualities you know and respect about them, not what you think you might respect about them. Shallow and surface things do not define a real fit. For example i had a crush on a friend who i thought was absolutely hysterical,i liked him, because he was charming, charismatic and likable. The reality was when i needed him for something outside of being easygoing entertainment, for any real calamity. He was unavailable. The phone would ring, he wouldn't answer it,but i'd become so used to this method of behaviour i began to make excuses for it. Private confidences shared with him at first had become parlour trick performances. Personal confidences about dates, relationships and friendships gone wrong would be used to amuse and entertain friends until one day i realised something. What if maybe i didn't like him so much? What if maybe i didn't know him so well and just liked what he represented. Ding dong. It is easy to get a cataract in your eye because of a crush, but let reality speak when she comes. I needed someone i could trust, someone who could understand me, who cared as much for me, as i did for them. I learned a valuable lesson, through many of my experiences. Learn to love yourself the right way.

Climbing Fences: Trust and why you should Let the world in (again)
If you let me see beneath your beautiful;
If you let me see beneath your wonderful.....
Emily sande and Labyrinth lyrics
How often do we find it hard to let others get close. Close enough to see beyond the barriers we put in place. Barriers that sometimes look like tidy garden fences, then you get close enough and you see it's the great wall of China. Some of us are bold enough to flood the world in. We say to ourselves if you can take me, then i'm ready for you. Others have been made shy through pain, trauma or damage. We let them tip toe in like fingertips across a new keyboard. We invite our 'strangefolk' one slice of pie at a time. We are so neatly cotton wrapped in old regrets, the fear of sinking to the bottom and watching everything come appart, watching those who we grew attached to leave, because their too many flaws we had which they didn't see coming. Suitcases packed, jet pack at the ready. Here's a lesson that I learned the hard way. When your on your last legs, damaged, broken, or simply vulnerable, the real people show themselves. Not the plastic shapes. Or the contacts that are great to talk to when your life's neatly folded. The real people suit up, and their ready to duke it out with you, because everything else before that was a test. Their comfortable to show you if your employing their the person you should be hiring. If you've alienated yourself from everyone because someone you loved so dearly let you down, or showed you something you didn't want to see. I've been there many times before, you have to start letting the world in a smile or a slice of pie at a time. There is growth in isolation of course. Loneliness leads us to ponder a whirlwind of thought. Yet whilst we play hide and seek with the world, were missing out. On potentially good people, adventures, clues that lead to great ideas, potential connectors for whatever scheme you're working on. The right people will be willing to take the time, to scale that fence of yours, and land on your doorstep or even in your backgarden. Letting people in doesn't guarantee everything will be amazing and they'll be immaculate in character; it doesn't mean people will never disappoint you in life, it means that you're stronger than any jack in the box situation, and you bounce back.

Sizzle of social networking:Why i love them
I'm sure there are loads of negative things about social networking, if your desperate enough to find them. For example Jeremy Kyle the talk show hosts hates social networks,it gives already bored people, the opportunity to waste more time stir trouble and evade employment.
social networks are extremely successful because society is driven by a need to connect.People who appear cold and distant as format, come home from an exhaustive day at work and guess what? They want to bitch about it. Not just to people at home, but to those outside of their bubble. "My day was crap," "i'm being terrorised at work," "my ex girlfriends moved on and is dating a guy i hate," " my boyfriend might be cheating on me." Translation? Is anybody else going through this agonising pain i'm feeling, the hollowness of depression, the bitter after taste of rejection and a flood of thoughts that are literally strangling the simplicity out of the world i live in. From asking questions of total strangers about their personal lives, to opening a new thread on a forum to keep conversation going about a pet hell or date catastrophe, it's open season.
People actually want to reach out, make a connection. Leading world conglomerates, niche businesses or startups put themselves on sites such as Facebook and all of a sudden they have an audience. An opportunity to advertise, market quadruple profits and simply say "don't kill yourself trying to find it, we have what youre looking for." Social networks are not just for drama queens and life diva's; they're for people who want to start friendships, promote themselves, spread great ideas and share creativity. what do you think?
