Missing

It means the slip
of a tortured soul
A pool of wet
As we loose control
The sunken dreams
and hardened flesh
the phone box chimes
As we ring collect
A call to the outside world
Fingers pressing the dial
hands jittering like a christmas
tree with lights
"hello?"
he say's.
I melt like
i am my own Cocoa butter
Chew the gaps between supposed words
Pose on a foot
"Hello?"
Outside the streets are micro chipped
Inside this hub
i am animal
"Hello?" his voice melts me. I shake
the quivers
For i am his little jitterbug
I think of conversations lost
Conversations missing
blood from inside my mouth
rushes to my Teeth
I am a mass of paperclips
he is my Wizard of Oz
"Da.." i gurgle a sentence;
Then remember why i left.
Reciever is oil in my hands
i am slick with my own near
miss.

Healing from hate

Bullying is like a virus. Those who have been bullied become the bully. Despite someone telling a lot of stories and spreading a lot of poison and gossip at one point i actually even became the bully by default. I was so infuriated. I thought it was so unfair. Then i realised, What am i fighting for. What on Earth am i fighting this person for? I was happy before i allowed myself to be embroiled in their miserable agenda. I could tell that they were an unhappy, discontent person, and they seemed to resent everybody else their own happiness. They seemed to be really cruel and almost take pleasure in seeing others miserable because they were, but the strength comes in your ability to deal with people as nasty as this.Keep your head up. The goal is to make you feel small , Remind yourself your a giant in your own mind. Speak positive things in your mind, smile, bless yourself, with a spirit of kind words and a warm heart. Counter negativity with positive words and positive experiences.

The importance of keeping promises

If you are someone who breaks promises easily, you will lose more than a few offered words. You will lose the faith of the people who trust you. Your words will be air to them until it reaches a point where. You have to beg your promises, people will only keep faith for so long.

Mean what you say. There's an old saying, 'promises are meant to be broken' if that's the case, then doesn't that mean secrets are meant to be shared? What are both things founded upon? Trust. Faith. Belief.  Many of us have heard the story of the boy who cried wolf. Some say it was a young sheep boy, others tell the story of a local towns boy, who lied so often that when a wolf finally appeared not a single soul actually believed he was under attack. How does this relate to promises? Trust. His white lies had meant those around him had lost faith in him, and the foundation of trust had been broken.

Promises are easily broken, so is trust. The smart thing to do is to say " i'm not making any promises, but ill do my best." or " I cant guarantee it, but i will do my best." Keep your faith in yourself and keep their faith in you. It is priceless when the people around you believe in you and trust your word. When you keep a promise you are saying invest in me, you can trust me, i am reliable. When you break several promises you are saying.......are you sure about that?
