Shadows dance

Shadows dance with pure delight
A little girl
With damaged sight
Her vision blurred
Her kisses stolen
A whisper of a dream on her lips
These shadows parade
 around her frame
Clicking heels
For she is game
For every tear
This sullen child weeps
A nightshade shadow
Arises from sleep
For there was fear
when she was happy
Elixir when she smiled
The potency of her courage
Would paint the world
A while
Now into the purple
She's taken a step
Yet a stubborn heart
Fights with so much
Contempt
Shh! mama says
Dont let them hear
Dont let them see
For they steal pieces of what
You yearn to be
A bitter witch
A malevolent shadow
Beseeches in the darkness
Desperate to claim your song

To the victor goes the spoils?

It makes sense to want to dwell, we live in a world where people don't always play fair. They cheat. They use certain tactics to gain access to the information you have, to empower themselves and yet so they win? Not really. victory is a mindset. You are a Victor when you learn the art of happiness, some people will never be happy in this lifetime. It is a choice they make consistently with the actions they take. Greed, cruelty, envy , and when the light grows dim, they crawl their way back to you hoping you'll welcome them into your bosom. We are a product of the choices we make, we are a fragmented self, distorted self, damaged self, at times a broken self, yet in this lifetime, be an honest self. Be true to the reflection you see, do not be supported by other people's fears and other people's failures. It makes sense to dwell, yet we live in a world where dwelling is not the key to the answers you seek.

The puppeteer

They do not see what you see, they do not know where your Ind travels too, when it claws to its escape from the confines of normal. Yet as a creative escape it must, to dizzying heights, where the eagles soar, and you can see jungles like little dots of vast greenery. This is your time. This is your life. If I were to be reincarnated I'd come back as a more self assured self, the girl who knew that the words on the page weren't mocking her, but were asking her for collaboration. The reality is so many of us, have potential that we tuck away, so we can confirm to the demands of being normal. So others won't alienate us, so others won't define us as weird , indifferent, bizarre, so we don't look at our creativity as something to be a cast off. See what you see, hear what you hear, feel what you feel, you are the magician, you must also be the puppeteer , pull some strings and bring it to life.

The chaos and the explorer

Life can be chaos, carnage, yet we are all born with an inner strength. A light where the shadows are charcoal, a blanket for hollow walls. Knock twice and the infinite door of the mind shall be opened, a tomb of skeletoned ideas that can impact your world and the pursuit of your dreams. I forever am asking a former self, how I can evolve, become better, reach a brighter plateau of existence. Strength is not simply a smile where there is no chaos, sometimes we find strength when there's mutiny within. When we're conflicted, when we're desperately seeking passage and accommodation in a peaceful place. Do not punish yourself for old mistakes, and if you.have made an err in.judgement, a real apology is from the heart. You must first apologise to your best of friends, the reflection.in the looking glass. It houses the soul, and many times our souls need communication. Talk it out with someone positive t to get an unbiased perspective, and when your ready to move on. Make a promise, take a bold step. You are exploring a different realm of the self and unloading all the negative emotions you've hoarded, one heartbeat at a time. You are unplugging from the fuse box, there will be sparks.
