Mesothelioma law firm

  1. Cancer the word, it cripples you, you are stunned into.the specifics of your body becoming a strange object. Alien separate and different from you, you look at all its parts studying them with.microscopic intensity. Knowing that a bullet was shot, and your gritting it between your teeth. You analyse your diet, think carefully of what you tell the kids, family, friends, and of course colleagues. Mesothelioma can be called many things, yet it is the point at which you begin to fight, and now there are mesothelioma  lawyers to fight alongside you. Assist you with areas such as securing your home in the meantime, as you may be dealing with medical bills. Being a support network and an adviser to your family, dealing with such issues as life insurance. If you come against any opposition at work, a mesothelioma lawyer will ensure you have a fair case. For example you may need to.work on a caseload, but your boss cleverly decides that because your working from home, he should lower your pay, or experiencing disability discrimination and suddenly begin to acquire less workload, or were the shoe in for a promotion. Lawyers act as legal guardians, they fight to help give you and your family with their firm. There are a million scenarios that appear when we're vulnerable, we just need the support network to assist us.

Point of Projection

Projection is a powerful source of miscommunication. Sometimes we can place the burden of our emotions on someone else, creating scenes or feelings they might be feeling. We have all been there, where someone feels, vulnerable, or insecure in someway, and they say the souce of their discourse began with you. I.e that person who gets threatened when any woman even his own sister looks at their boyfriend, and they call you posessive. The person who calls you ugly yet feels inadequate when their walking the streets on their own. How about that individual who goes out of their way to make you feel like a nobody when they haven't actually accomplished much in their own lives, or are constantly complaining to others about how discontent they feel about their lives. Are you really going to let people like this make you feel small? Turn you into a shell or a crumb of yourself, i seriously doubt it. They may choose to put the weight of their insecurities upon your life, but if  it's not you, it'll be someone else. It's because its not personal, it's an issue within them. We've all dealt with people like this, and we've all been people like this. They are going through something. Sometimes the haze of pain blocks out everything else. We can have empathy, which is hard to do when your the target, or you can simply come to the conclusion within yourself, this isnt about me....it's about you. I will keep my distance and build myself up. I do not need negative influences in my life. Outside of our family, we can choose how close we let others get to us. Choose the right friends, companions, and positive role models.
Pay attention to what's actually going on, not just what someone else is

Respecting your Rules

We have to find ways to validate who we are, respect ourselves and honour our own existence; If you are someone who falls under the sweet spell of flattery too easily, beware.. A poison tongue is on it's way. Words have power. And if you let other people's words control you, they will mold you into something you don't recognise. When I was younger I had two female friends who I'll never forget. They were attractive young women who got quite a bit of male attention. They had both been comfortable with me in a supportive role, being a shadow whilst they were allowed to shine and show the best of themselves, counsel them about everything in relation to men, basically be the friend that helps them dissect and overanalyse everything, yet when there was a shift and I wanted to focus on my own life, and fix some of the problems that had arisen, there became a problem. Yet whilst supporting them I was the greatest person on Earth.
People are not lego. Sometimes we get caught up in trying to build them up, fixing them or supporting them doesn't guarantee fixing yourself. Your life shouldn't become their life. You need to work on you. The more i tried to 'fix' my 'friend' who seemed completely obsessed with making all the wrong choices when it came to men, the more distracted i was, the less i focussed on building my own self esteem and confidence. When i did decide to focus on building my self esteem, confidence, business projects and independance , i suddenly became the most selfish person ever. The problem wasnt primarily me, or the guys my friends were dating, it was all of us collectively. We should have all been making better choices i'm considering now. I should have tried to be my own best friend before i tried to be someone elses. My friend should have created some boundaries for the guys she dated so she'd feel valued respected and appreciated. Sadly she thought saying no to a guy you like would guarantee he'd hate you. The guys fully aware that there are plenty of fish in the sea, shouldn't have led on,someone so insecure, vulnerable, and terrified of being left. Ultimately life is full of choices, it would be great if we always made the right ones.Yet simply put, i guess we all have to accept that were only human.

Cheating the cowards out of your joy:How to deal with bullies

Cowards always lurk in the shadows. Their there for the explosions, fireworks, they want a pat on the back for the feistiest comment. Yet we've all seen cowards in the street and been disgusted by how little they had to say without a standing ovation. They are cowards for a reason. Weak you cannot expect much from them as individuals, the consistency is to disappoint.

You  have to ask yourself another question? What growth is there to come from someone with no real identity, weak and rides on the destruction of others. If you have running shoes tie them tight, you have become an athlete...sprint for your life. Negative energies Feed off  a strong feed. Focus your mind on positive things. Your strengths, your goals and your ambitions.

Build a mental log of all the things that make you happy, call on them when you feel vulnerable. For example if you love to go to the cinema, go to the cinema. Shopping, shop, swimming, swim,

Speak positive powerful things into the universe and use consistent action to secure them. Visualise your joy, visualise your success. Think as though the world is your oyster.

Investing in the individual: Clocking a cowardly guy

How could he lie like this? The same guy that paced me like a shadow, stalked me like a predator wasn't just saying bad things about me, he was saying disgusting things about me. My ears throbbed my throat constricted i felt sick that just for a moment, a second, a drop of a breath, i thought this looser was worth something. I wondered if maybe i had become so lonely that i was seeing things that weren't there. Mere ego, shallowness and self glorification like a jealous person close to him had pronounced. Then i remembered exactly who i was, and what the people around me had seen. A guy who was too scared to even exist, and the way he'd watched me for years, or asked questions about me, curious to engage in my world. In a moment of humility and vulnerability i'd stripped myself bare....saying this is who i am. Humour, kindness, cheekiness, guts. It was a note. A brave note. In response i saw a bully, desperate to acquire respect from those around him. Not by actually standing for something, but abusing something he felt made him very powerful. From seeing him appear 'conveniently' till it became obviously suspicious....the man with no spine, suddenly vanished. He didn't actually disappear, i could actually hear the loud cackling from his dire attempt to compete at sibling rivalry.

These are the cowards we should always avoid. People who appear to be something else, but are like an apple pie with maggots in them. If you sense someone is like that, weak, and will dust you as soon as anything happens. They wont face you to question you or see if youre okay, or think this person has always been decent to me, they'll think 'what will other people think?' Ironically i actually got out of it what i was seeking without realising. For a while it sucked being the butt of his families joke, and a bitter attempt at trying to make me look small. I realised though ultimately i got what i wanted. Shy guys appear mysterious, vulnerable, and in the case of him you are grossly mislead to think he's a 'nice person.'  When we think of  investing in an individual sometimes it's trial and error and your instincts will trick you. Dont go on who you think they might be, roll the dice and get merry on that. Take the time to know who they actually are, fiction shouldn't be the finality, a fake person doesn't cut it.

Victim vanishing act: Focussing beyond sadness

Were allowed to feel weak, vulnerable, fed up, depressed, angry anxious, panicked and them allow yourself to begin to feel empowered again. Focus on a goal you made for yourself and start tackling it. Remind yourself that you are worth more than gold, diamonds, are priceless, and worthy of a royal parade. Okay very über diva. Don't just remind yourself your accomplishing a goal, celebrate the fact that you are doing it. Cultivate a mind of praise rather than fear. You say what you do, and do what you say. Your not a talker, and the world is full of those. Time does not wait for self pity. It's nothing personal life just has too many things to do. Yet when youre in that mode dont beat yourself up even more for feeling down, because guess what?.... You'll feel down for even longer. Remind yourself in life you will have your up moments, and your down moments. It's only human, people wear masks. Sometimes the people we see flashing teeth twenty four seven are not genuinely happy. They are performing for those around them.Yet there are other people who have truly conquered a valuable lesson, if you fight to be happy. Happiness will find you. Whatever we focus on, we attract more of. image by maniowa

Those mighty mistakes

What do you tell yourself when you slip up. Make a mistake.....fail.....as you call it. What we tell ourselves during the down times, when the lights are low and the shadows pace rampant define who we become. Adversity defines strength, chaos is an opportunity for courage. An opportunity to show yourself, what you can become. You are not watching anyone else's window, hovering desperately at someone else is door. You are facing yourself across a chequered board in life's wicked yet at times delicious game of chess. Many times we belittle, insult, and sometimes disregardthe work we are putting in. Disappointed that we are not getting the validation from the rest of the world, we succumb to invalidating ourselves with the fierceness and sharp acuracy of a bully. Why did you do that? That was dumb? Now you've proved them all right, why even try? You try, because the person on the floor in the ring is you, and right now you are also their support structure on the side. The coach shrieking "get the hell up!" with such voracity. Go on then get the hell up, or are you scared of heights? No your not. The greatest people in history have made some of the simplest mistakes, yet they still became great. That's because during their most vulnerable moments, they focussed on goals and what was important.I've learned the hard way and i'm still learning, if your living your life so everybody in it is happy? Your happiness is an absent stranger. We cant please everyone. Great people also make bad choices, yet we positive, driven people, get focussed and bounce back. It begins with the words you say, yep, that good old tongue. What you say you'll become is exactly what you'll become. Start with positive affirmations, then continue with positive actions, and if you make a mistake? Guess what?...mistakes happen. Anyway......how are you gonna fix it? image by Tim Wilko
