Minefield of the Mind
They whisper deep in your mind such delicious fears, tainting your life with tiptoe. Suddenly you are walking on a minefield too scared that your vision will obliterate you, for everything hangs in the balance. Your tongue is limp from the acid of challenging other peoples toxic words, your neck is sore from being poised so stern out of pride, for fear you would slink into your shadow. For the belief that the doubt of others could crucify your soul. It is real out here, in this tempest of the mind. You must climb every step upon this ladder to reign yourself to the height of your everest and stare at a busy sky, for there is chalk beneath you, and paperclip people cling to you for their own sanity. It is madness to let others puppet you with their broken dreams, tell you what is possible, when they come from a place of impossibility thinking. The mind was made to be a portal for access, it's objective is to canvas every challenge to find a route, a strategy, an option, or a plan. How are you facilitating your mind? How are you equipping it? How are you learning and developing your path extending yourself beyond your comfort zone? Let fear whisper, it will be silenced then be dulled mute. You are not walking on a minefield, you are a dancer, gliding on a surface, it is neither polished or decadent, rough with granite or decaying, it is whatever you want it to be, for how you tread is about how you engineer your mind.
Goals with distinction
Have clear defined goals and a strategy to alienate fear and succumb to success. With each goal you conquer you are building self esteem, building faith, extending a path for yourself and dipping your mind into a baptism of new energy. It is key to nurture each goal with literature, maybe first thing in the morning read a verse from a mentor who inspires you, talk to someone who has changed their lives, watch a video that gets your juices going and reaffirm to yourself that these practices with productivity can be done. Success is a system of things, it is a play that you must rehearse in your mind, before it becomes real in the physical world. Tap into your infinite potential by tuning into source, and believing you can change the course of destiny with active practice. It is with discipline we redefine ourselves. It is with focus we become an instrument of success and victorious in our pursuits.
Unlocking the path to change
There is a myth , a dialogue nursed by surrounding yourself with the wrong audience of people. There is a lack of opportunity. People pick at opportunities like welts on their skin, ripping them aside like flesh then casting them away, they let the chaos bubble to the surface then weep to anyone who will listen.....we have no opportunities, they proclaim. These are not the people you want to be, neither are these the people you want to surround yourself with, for excuses have claimed them, and lack of prosperity eats into their time. It is easy to throw our hands up and proclaim, there is a lack of. Yet we must open up a stealthy mind. The more you programme your mind to spot opportunity, and consistently cultivate habbits that commandeer productive change, the more you will line up with a higher calling. You must do more than just believe, it is in your work ethic, it is in your dialogue with friends, it is in your social and cultural stratification, and your networking, it becomes more than a way of life and a methodology, it is an enhanced mindset. Change comes from within. All portals to navigate a greater change stem from the mind, every story you tell yourself is the fiction you will live and die by. There is no morse code, just your mental programming that unlocks your pathway to life.

Believe in Possibilities
It is madness to believe that in a world full of possibilities your dream is so insurmountable it cant be made real. It is with a passionate and proactive heart i tell you not to waver, not on a dream, not on a goal. Goals make dreams accessible. A dream is a splendid thing, a goal creates a pathway for a dream to enter. It is the engineer, the facilitator, your goals are the checkpoints to a brighter future. The experiences of the past are nuggets you can use to propel yourself forward. We fail at so many things, at points we lack the luster to get back up again. Yet you must commit yourself to rise, drag yourself to season, and take bold steps forward. For example i am an epilepsy sufferer. I used to suffer with disturbing grand mal fits, when my body would shut down, it was my mind i would have to plead upon to beg my limbs to drag me to safety. The seizures would happen everywhere and anywhere, on the street by the side of the road, at the stairs, near dangerous objects, so i had to navigate myself to safe positioning so if i was having a seizure i could have access to something to cushion my head from any trauma to the head which could cause brain damage, or any permanent scarring. Yet despite my trials i have created triumphs for myself, been commissioned for work with Prince Charles, the Fa cup, the red pr company, the Princes trust, i have an agent for my book Lunchbox millionaire and i am being mentored by Janice Varney Hamlyn of marketing immersion. I came together piece by piece, and despite those who try to sabotage, hurt or damage, we are as phoenix and we rise aflame. Keep being active with your goals, do not measure your success by social validation. Deem yourself worthy.
Magnificence of Motivation
We watch them light up our screens awe at their magnificence, marvel at their successes from Jada Pinkett Smith,Meryl Streep, yet not many of us are aware of the journey, or focus on the systemic sacrifice. It is easy to say i want, i need yet how many of us are willing to commit and say i will risk. As the Oscars and the Academy awards reveal the brilliance of method actors and actresses, their stories, their successes, and their trials and triumphs on screen, some of us are envious yet we are conflicted, because we are so desperate to be normal and yet we try and imitate whats different, when there is success. On their way up, those individuals would have been ridiculed for standing against the grain, questioned for not becoming one of the masses but striking a path with their own individualism. Theres an old saying, look where the masses are going , and go the opposite way your chances are better, 'so long as your not a serial killer or a convict.'
You will fail many times, be judged, be humiliated, some of you may even end up the local laughing stock. " Who wants to be a millionaire?" I started this blog back when i had just left my old work place, i got fed up with the office politics and i needed something to inspire me and those around me. Years later im in talks with an investor about turning redebonyhotspot into an app! Who would have thought that what started as my side project, could literally change my life. My recommendation, go for it, give it all you have, you never know who is paying attention.
Bring it home Beyonce another big pay cheque for the queen of pop
Big B brings in for the brands once again.
Beyonce Knowles is a force in all areas of enterprise from music, acting, and branding. From endorsements that range between $1 million pounds per sponsored tweet, to a portfolio of big name brands which include the infamous L'oreal Beyonces net worth is well over $290 million Dollars from March 2017.
According to Forbes , Beyonce ranks as America's richest entrepreneurs under 40 at number 38! Beyonce is a great example of hardwork and consistency within any industry. Despite the split of Destiny's Child she rose to triumph as a solo artist, capitalising on her bootylicious frame and encouraging women to celebrate their curves. This was a great business strategy as it meant every woman who did not have the stick figure of a super model, felt she was relatable and accessible. A sexy siren that became pop royalty by producing songs celebrating women's independence, such as 'all the single ladies' and motivational tracks such as 'im a survivor.'
When Beyonce celebrates a win it is a win for women of all ethnicities, as it promotes the progression of women in a constantly evolving society. Against sexism, and celebrates how sexuality can be used as a tool. Despite being very religious Knowles never alienates her sensuality, instead she uses it to seduces the public creating memorable videos, setting hot new trends, and elevating the bar. At $290 million dollars Beyonce is definitely a force to be reckoned with.

Bobby Brown on what really killed Whitney Houston
Whitney Houston was a powerful brand, but not an immaculate one.
Known for a tumultuous relationship with drugs and Bobby Brown,
everything came to a head when the starlet drowned after overdosing on 0.58 Micrograms per milileter blood of Cocaine in 2012 in a Los Angeles Hotel Bath tub.
The Coroners report was final ...... From being a platinum selling singer whose discography consisted of Seven Studio albums, six compilations, two soundtrack albums, five box sets , six extended plays , and 57 singles. Houston was a walking ATM machine. Yet for someone who appeared to have so much on the surface , her bout with drugs, and depression animated to and media alike.
Despite Global sales of her self titled album of 22 million copies in 1985,being in the billboard 200 and going platinum, Houston was known for feverish ballads which followed that included "didn't we almost have it all." , " I will always love you," and " where do broken hearts go." Despite the glory and unimaginable success, there was something missing. In an interview with CNN Bobby Brown stated "Whitney died of a broken heart." Was this to draw a close on the resentment from fans on how Houston had been treated for many years in his company, bring some sort of closure to a never ending chapter? There is a loneliness that speaks within Houston's music at times, a quiet protest at a heart rebelling isolation. Whatever Browns reasons may Whitney continue to dance in our hearts.
