How to get rich and why?

Two years ago, i'd been prewarned. I walked into the house with my recently bought box of foreverr living products. My sister shook her head, and we laughed together. "Jesus you've been had as well?" I nodded fully embracing the hillarity of the situation. "Didn't you listen to what i told you about my experience with them?" I shrugged. I didn't care. I wanted to make my first million wether it was through forever living, or avon. The talk was there, the gusto was there, but the strength of the why was not. Why did i and why do many people want to make a fortune making money, to change their life, and to improve their lifestyle. I would want to make a million so my family would have more accessibility, financial freedom, have our own property, run successful businesses, have money in place to start investing in the next generation. The why has to be strong enough. Words are not enough when trying to take on a goal of such audacity. Why does a woman like me believe i can, why do i feel as though it's possible? Because other people have achieved this goal. Other people have pushed on and triumphed, other people have the audacity to believe they can travel to the moon and back, why on earth shouldn't we? If you have a goal, push on. You may just have started and see it as incredibly hard work, but push on anyway, the outcome may put a smile on your face.

Market envy: Your unique selling point

I could go into one of my self acclaimed rants about envy, or i could aid you in this way. Every product has a unique selling point, something that attracts audiences, and makes them invest. What is market envy? Market envy is the cup that sits on a shelf wishing it were a plate, or the plate that groans in the dishwasher convinced life would be easier and he would wash quicker if he were a spoon. Market envy is the product of not accepting your own unique selling point. it's looking at the market and wanting to be everybody's everybody, feeling inappropriate and jealous of the lives of others. Lets try and be content with who we are, and what we bring to the table people.Have you ever seen a cup thats glued with a spoon, a plate, and a knife, how do you pick it up? How would you sell it? Or market it to an audience? Would it be accessible? Or would someone just pick it up and go "koooooooooooooooooool" then put it back down again? It's great to be diverse, anyone in business knows diversity brings in a lot of money. Yet it's an even hotter topic to appreciate the core of who you are....although i get we all have our moments.Yet we all search for that bit of freedom within our identity, to enjoy our life journey with our own unique self identity. Jealousy and sabotage is like admitting your not good enough. Does anyone really want to be saying that out loud?

Understanding Jealous people

We assume that jealousy is always about material, and superficial or shallow things. We understand that jealousy is about fancy cars, modellesque beauty, iconic clothes and promotions. Sometimes people can be jealous of who you are, or things that even you can't see. Jealous of your confidence, creativity, guts and gusto. Envious that someone else is more respected than they are, and frustrated that these flaws they hold on to about the object of their jealousy and loathing, are not validated with the intense envy they feel. Jealous people can often appear to be nice people, warm and kind, but a sinister sinisism lurks beneath their false smiles. What are the signs of envious people? One of the key ones is someone who hates you for absolutely no reason. Someone who randomly chooses to dislike you and spreads poison to ruin your reputation. Jealous people bitch behind your back, but are often too cowardly to express themselves to your face, why is that? Because of their envy, they don't want you to challenge them, because not only will a face to face confrontation with you expose their behaviour for what it truly is, but it is an issue that they dont want to resolve. It is an issue that they have with themselves.Something that makes them feel weak. Someone whose lonely may resent the fact that your popular and outgoing, they may describe you as loud and brash. Someone whose insecure about their sexual appeal, may call you easy, unattractive, or even desperate because you get more attention than them. Someone whose unconfident, may see your confidence as a threat.Jealous people will often make biting comments or attempt to humiliate you when they can. Some jealous people will attempt to socially alienate you, so you start to loose self esteem and the thing that you celebrate about yourself you begin to question. You'll notice that envious people will often seem/look happier or stronger the more down you feel. That's them getting high off the confidence they stole from you.

Just for the record, their jealousy isn't about you. It may seem to be, but actually it's not. It's about the things that individual feels their lacking in life. Being around you makes them react so negatively, because it reminds them about their flaws and insecurities.Rather than face their confidence issues and past emotional baggage, they project their problems unto you.You become the target of their own personal hate campaign, Because face it, your an enemy they can see. Overly posessive people will often turn on a target their intimidated by, saying things like that person is too clingy, too needy, or anything they can think of, because they need to distract others from their controlling nature. The more isolated you are. The more vulnerable you are to their insults and bullying. I've noticed that most of the people who made my life hell were jealous of something i had, how did i discover this? The same people would try and imitate me, copying how i spoke or how i acted to prove to themselves that not only could they be me, but they could be me better than i could. People who acted completely normal, nice, rational with everyone else, would come around me and begin to desperately compete. Jealous people are often people who don't feel like they measure up. It can be confusing as you may meet someone that seems to have it all, beauty, finances, great partner, yet towards you their behaviour shows extreme jealousy, that isn't just witnessed by you but by others. Human beings pick all sorts of reasons to feel inadequate. We just have to remember, as frusrating as it gets, it's a good, phenomenal, positive quality they see in you, which they dont have, and they cant have.

Here's some more positive information. There is many a time we come across nasty, jealous people, and those around them canot see their behaviour for what it is.We start to feel feelings of betrayal, hurt, and even anger at our peers for not seeing what we see, yet guess what? That persons agenda will be found out eventually, because it's not the person they have the problem with. It's the quality, or the trait. All you have to do is sit tight, or find some people you'll have an amazing time with, it's only a matter of time before that person reels their ugly jealous head on someone else. In the meantime, you'll be getting on with the business of being happy.

The jealous are troublesome to others, but a torment to themselves. ~William Penn, Some Fruits of Solitude, 1693

Trust: Positive Risk and How to trust

Trust like respect is earned.how to trust I didn't understand that growing up. I thought you always dive into situations head first, having the one with all the trust, desperate to win people over. This morning i sat in front of my sister mourning a past version of myself. The girl who two years ago would have done anything, and everything to please others, a girl who trusted blindly, and let people in, with such ease. In the past two/3 years a lot of crap has happened. Things that in life has you holding your hands out saying what the hell did i do? It doesn't make sense things came out this way. It's like wanting to dye your hair brown, and it coming out neon green/ purple. You read the directions over and over again. You scan each line methodically and at the end you scream, "what the hell this doesn't make sense?" "How did this happen?" Yet no matter how we look at it sometimes life just wont make sense. You say "I did a+b+c it's supposed to equal blah blah blah." Life just won't make sense everytime. That's why 'when bad things happen to good people' was written.I realise that i've become that girl giving an inch, observing, figuring out if someone deserves to be let in. Wanting to let someone get close yet due to stubborn principles, being frustrated about letting them in. Life puts you through the grindstone. It's like an obstacle course, and in obstacle courses layers of skin will be bruised, penetrated, left bleeding, with open sores, scars, and visible mistakes. If you are left with any iota of faith, principles, trust, confidence, you should pat yourself on the bat.

I realised that one of my key foundations, trust, has been shaken. Only trust is not simply a founding, it is a comprise of many different layers. Layers that have been ripped, bruised, battered and are taking time to heal. But it's taught me something valuable. People do have to earn my trust, as well as my respect. We are worth such efforts. The aim is not to villainise people, but to allow for a change, those who truly love us and truly care, to show they are worthy of taking a positive risk. We learn how to trust not by assumptions, but a series of visual risk. Actions that show that individual is willing to do rather than say. Behaviours that show an individual is supportive rather than poisonous. People will make mistakes because we are human i guess, but we have to decide wether those mistakes can be forgiven, based upon character.

Jazzing up the juice: Getting past Writers and creative blocks

Wow so as a writer, i seem to find myself, producing ideas yet intimidated by their vastly diabolical concepts. Have you ever had an idea that's so brilliant, you don't know wether your the one to write it, or produce it? Do you find yourself glorifying publicly, yet intimidated by a blank sheet of paper, or a buzzing screen that glares at you like a warden. I've decided to do as suggested, anthony robbins said write for the wastepaper basket. Structure wise, language wise, it can all be edited or redrafted. If you have nothing, you have nothing to work with. If youre a creative, someone with an idea, a goal, or a visual, just do you. There is no other choice. Often we awe at the greatness of those that came before us, hungry to fall in step, chomping at the nail, basking in a fear, that at times can be stifling, at other times is the lucozade you need. The push, the climax. Then the other part of our brain locks in, the part that thinks about how to make money , and structure, and exaggeratedly questions every miniscule agenda. Questions about audience and marketing campaign,a voice that whispers it's futile. Your like the girl that dyed her hair red convinced that no other red heads exist. Or the guy that bought himself a laptop believing no one else in civilisation knew what it was. How ridiculous? We have to ask ourselves the right questions. How can i make this work, how can i enjoy attempting to make this work. Create two stages, the personal stage, how does this appeal to me, why does this get my juices flowing. The second stage how will it appeal to others, how do i get their juices going?
