Mirrored Self:Don't make yourself the enemy

Sometimes the greatest enemy we face in an almost empty room is ourselves. A series of thoughts that cling to our mind like catch on a spiders web. Insecurities, formidable fears, pint sized whispers of our failures and their predecessors.

It is scary to, but some of our fears need to be looked in the face. Eye to eye, shoulder to shoulder so we can take steps to move forward. Forward steps may take time, exhaust energy, but they cannot be done effectively without confronting one's fears. Face your fears, you may actually learn your not so afraid of them anymore.
